This VPN can be good except that it doesn’t work for WhatsApp, so if you’re going to be using WhatsApp while you’re in China, don’t waster your money! It’s so sad that there is no way to request for a refund.

Messenger, WhatsApp, discord, telegram nothing works with this vpn even if you turned on the TUN feature . I am living in china . Running it on IOS 15.5 . i reported the problem yet no reply . Hope they give me a solution. At this point I don’t even know what other vpn I should try .

Here's a tip for those who say it crashes, put your phone on airplane mode, then open the app, turn off the VPN (dunno how it's still on) then turn off airplane mode, and reconnect as usual. Works perfect every time.
I only wish there was a windows version too.

It’s the worst app i ever used , my account always log out by itself, sometimes switch to an old account by itself .
The Glory days are over
Ladder used to be the best, but those days are long gone. Slow connections, failed connections, and worst of all, choosing a country server means nothing. It will connect where it can connect, regardless of which country you choose. Don’t pay for this app.
Good app but could use an update
I’ve been using this app for awhile now and honestly it’s worked perfectly. That is, until very recently. I can’t seem to connect to my streaming apps and the videos don’t even load properly.
I don’t know if this app is being updated still or what, but the devs are still accepting payment so it’s not totally dead. The support email also doesn’t seem to work well, it gets bounced back from what I recall.
Anyways, it’s honestly a good app but it could do with an update.

Recent update???
Until recently Ladder was the best VPN, now it barely works better than a free vpn. A single 30 second video can’t load all the way and it’s practically impossible to fully load a safari page.
