Purchased but cannot use the software
Very bad! Purchased successfully but can not access the files! The software requires China local phone number to register account. I am in Taiwan so the phone is not work at all! How to enable the service when you are not in China?

No English version. It’s awful.
This is the worst chat app I had ever seen. Never seen an English version, or English translation. Why release in English speaking countries if you don’t have an English version?
No translation option
As it is big size but there is no translation option till now. Not so user friendly.
No dark mode and English version
Plzzzzz add those features. Other than that, the app is fine.
It removed Shares and force you to allow it read all photos
