It does not add new device, only make noises when trying to install

No Apple Watch 4 support
iPhone App works as described but since the latest update, the Apple Watch app no longer connects to the lock. Also on Apple Watch 4 the complications do not work on the new watch faces.
This software is not fit for purpose and neither is the Danalock customer support.
Much of the functionality claimed is not available. Danalock support have a major attitude problem and seem to have an internal blame culture. They are not above insulting the customers intelligence if all else fails. A truly dysfunctional organisational culture.
