You need to fix your last update!
On the latest update you pushed, you broke the app! It takes an awful long time for the app to connect to the servers and do updates when the app launches “checking for E-tube Project updates”. I’m using an iPhone 14 with iOS 16.4RC3755

E-Tube App
The app works okay but lacks customization on how aggressive the motor is under various riding conditions. I use it with the e6100 computer & motor combo (HARO double peak I/O commuter - MTB with Shimano e-6100 combo. Maybe a fault in firmware I don’t know but i have the latest for both computer and motor control. It’s missing a feature to customize motor aggression beyond modes comfort & sport. This issue needs addressing by Shimano. I use the Apple IOS app and otherwise seems to work ‘okay’ so keep on making sure that the rider gets maximum experience for most enjoyable ride.Show lessds2021 eBiker
Crashes
The app crashes when trying to scan for bikes when you first open it, and also crashes when trying to connect to a bike. When it doesn’t outright quit it just freezes and becomes unresponsive. When it worked it was rad & once this problem is solved I’ll bump it back up to 4 or 5, but until then it’s basically unusable. Better off using the E-Tube program for windows, the SM-PCE02, EW-SD50, SM-JC41, TL-EW-02, and if you have newer Di2, also order the EW-AD305 which will take a couple months. 5.1.2 keeps crashing
This app needs more attention. When it works it works okay, but this latest version won’t even open. It crashes after a few seconds at the opening screen.bayendor
2022 it’s working
Bricked my ultegra in 2019, the first day I got the bike. Fast forward 2022 with new dura ace 12 speed (and before that old ultegra), it just works. Maybe adding some Ai for tuning/usage in the futureex lounge lizard
Great way to brick your system
This app is all but guaranteed to crash while updating your firmware. This will either brick your system or cause the failed component to drain your battery. AVOID USING THIS AT ALL COST. Not worth the hassle. It’s pretty embarrassing to charge what they do for the group set and have an app that’s not only nonfunctional but detrimental to the components.Show lessDanGKoop
Worthless
Echoing what others have said. Won’t connect, despite E-TUBE cyclist being able to connect just fine. I can’t make adjustments since it won’t connect to this specific app. For the money we spend on this stuff, it should work.mduffy113
Crap
This has to be one of the worst apps ever. Glitchy and refuses to connect to BT bicycle components. If you can get it to register a bike it asks for a 'passkey' that I do not have nor ever set up. And I've heard the computer program works much better, but of course shimano only makes a PC version leaving Mac users at the mercy of the worthless app.Show lesskenny66
Garbage
This app is worthless and does not work. It will not connect nor will it allow a log in. The app opens with “An error has occurred. Please try again later”. The desktop version is just as bad and will not connect either. For a premium product (Di2), the support interface leaves a lot to be desired.
