Absolutely fantastic app, the best way to reach out to aviation professionals with any questions and interact with a very welcoming community. Also a great way to stay up to date with the news feature

The app s a great source of information for aviation enthusiasts.
One suggestion though - other apps are able to open websites inside the app rather than being shifted to Safari. It’s a bit annoying that every time you click read more on news links you get transferred to safari instead of the web page being opened within the Mentour app, and it actually discourages me as a reader from clicking to read the full story. Because not only do you then have to tap to go back to the Mentour app, but each time a new page is being opened in Safari which rapidly increases the number of pages.

Really love the app. It keeps improving and getting better. It’s clear to see that Peter puts so much time and effort into creating and maintaining the app. So very useful for myself as I look to start a new career late in my life as an airline pilot. Highly recommended!

Amazing app!
The Mentour Aviation app is a great resource for any Avgeek, aviation enthusiast, pilot, flight attendant, nervous flyer, curious people, ATC personnel, et cetera. You will have no regrets from downloading it. It has many features including an aviation news function, delivering a news feed in the app as well as notifications as breaking news happens. There is a chat function where users can create a profile and share their knowledge, history and experience in the aviation world, and then chat with other app users about all things aviation! The app owner and creator, Petter, also comes into the app quite often (contact him by tagging @mentour in the app chat) and he is a great source of knowledge. Petter also completes live streams several times per week which I highly recommend you tune into! If you decide to become a premium app member, this costs a small fee, yet I highly recommend it. This will give you access to additional features including the ability to ask questions in the in-app live streams. Petter’s Youtube channel, Mentour Pilot is also something everyone must check out and I highly recommend you to subscribe to it! The app also has exclusive videos, as well as 360° instructional videos in a B737NG simulator which can be purchased for a small fee. Alternatively, the “ALL IN ONE” collection can be purchased, containing all 360° instructional videos to date, for as little as €20/$20, which is fantastic value for money! Another feature in the app is the forums. These are chat rooms which allow users to converse with other app users interested in a particular topic surrounding aviation. Some forums include “Nervous Flyers”, “737 MAX crisis”, as well as many, many more. I once again could not recommend this app enough to anyone remotely interested in aviation. One more thing, the golden rule in the app is POSITIVELY ONLY!! Everyone deserves to be safe and to feel comfortable to ask any question. There’s no such thing as a bad question.
