Only 2 other options from that page - back to the short version or copy contents… I just want to check my balance or view a statement. This app is absolutely terrible and the organisation from higher up is appauling. Messaging the ai chat bot about a missed payment that in fact got payed. And it then sent my account into arrears when it got payed?! and the ai chatbot kept going in cirlcles with me! It feels like the company has done this to make more money. ### 1/5 — Login Issues *2026-04-22, version 0.467.8* I always set up my login credentials and enable a passcode and Face ID for quick access, but every time I try to log in, the app asks me to enter everything again. Even worse, it often shows an error message saying “try again later.” This is extremely frustrating and feels very unprofessional.
