Good but older app was better
Gutted really , great app but the main feature I loved about the other was ... say you forgot where your car was you could integrate it with maps so it would give you the route from where you are to your car , not possible with this app , tried loads of Doreen ways but impossible , please bring this feature back

This feature still exists on the App. Once you have selected a device, you can swipe up (where it says the device name and its status), swipe up again two times and at the bottom you can click 'get a route to this device'. LA19BOV my bike was stolen,
This GPS is doesn’t work properly it shows only your location properly notYour bike , it’s keep moving after four hours you show something different I work eight hours 10 hours a day just feel like to save my bike from bike stolen but today is my bike stolen this tracker doesn’t help me to find my bike no point to spend this cheap tracker if the tracker help you should get your bike I’m very disappointed right now but you should be careful when you lose your bike I’m feeling very badLike someone cut my legs😔😔😔

Please update
The older version before v2. Was better when selecting history , select 1 hour today yesterday ect. you could see were the car had been, were it had stopped and for how long with a time line route in red showing all routes taken. Now with v2. If you search history and select today for example it just shows a dot of the car driving along its route and streets. With no tale red line showing route aswell. If you want too see this. You have too select time line we’re your just given page of when vehicle stopped started were when. I don’t have time for this as a business. Please update and bring back the history function that also shows the time line route in red. This is much better. We don’t have time too write down street names. Just as it was before. Select history and boom the full route on map in a red time line. I don’t have too press play. I can see it already. Please update or I’m forced too find another device. I’m sure I’m not alone on this

New App
What have you done?! Awful, awful, awful. Takes at least ten attempts to sign in. Click on a device to see where it is but nothing shown on map. Cannot access settings - just a blank screen. Unable to access history, app just freezes.
App is slow and lags.
The “done” pop up keeps appearing and flashing on screen numerous times.
I could carry on with loads more things that just don’t work but I don’t have the time.
This is absolutely terrible, you’ve totally ruined what was a very good app.

Expensive waste of money.
I bought three of these as they seemed good value. The first set up fine. Then I tried to set up the second and the system could not log me on as it failed to find my data. When I tried to set it up again it erased my two trackers and won’t allow me to reregister them. There is no help desk or anything. Once you buy you’re on your own. Very disappointed. Luckily neither of the first two vehicles has been stolen so I can rip this junk out and now put in a proper functional tracker.

Awesome - was able to disable and recover my stolen car
After my car was stolen in a car jacking, I was able to use the app to disable the car (by using the engine block function to stop the fuel pump) and then direct the police to recover it.
The only complaint I have is navigating to the engine block function isn’t easy and in the heat of the moment took a few minutes to find.

Rubbish since update!
Have been using this app with my gps tracker for nearly two years and could not fault it, location tracking was spot on and showed the exact location of my scooter and gave me alerts if anybody tried to move my bike or knocked it. Then they updated the app!
My scooter is currently parked up outside the front of my house and according to this app it is still parked outside my place of work! The vast majority of the time the movement alert is not triggered when the scooter is moved and it can go days before the location of my scooter updates and shows the correct location of my bike, totally useless if my scooter gets stolen because I wont be able to track it’s location! Sort ot out!

Works really well.
Does pretty much what you’d ever need a live vehicle tracker to do. If I was being picky...
• It would be nice to be able to choose the alert sound (like WhatsApp, for example), as opposed to using the default Apple one, which gets lost in all the other daily alerts. If someone touches my stuff, I want to know.
• Update frequency could ideally be increased, but this said, is adequate at 30 secs.
• It would be nice to be able to download previous routes directly from the app, instead of only being able to do that from a computer browser.
...but aside from that. Great app. Works well. Definitely would recommend.

Suggestion
Very good app the same as a tracker, but option “alarm” or something continuously loud needed. I have bought it to keep an eye on my scooter and i found it twice after theft using the app but when i found my scooter already was taken apart. So, it is not enough to have just short notification. Easy to miss it. Especially when i use a silent mode. Stopped to use the traker because of it.

Useful but limited
The desktop version of GPS Live is excellent. By comparison the App version is bare bones but it is free. My primary requirement is vehicle security when we are away in the U.K. and Europe in our camper. The App would be a lot more useful to us if it allowed the creation of temporary geo-fenced zones wherever the camper is stationed. We can do that with the desktop version but that really requires a larger screen than a mobile so is not so convenient. The ability to create zones in the App would be great.
