Worst app ever
This app is an absolute joke it’s rare that it works you can never make a payment it never works to do so. Now when you have to enter a code to get money it doesn’t allow you to type it in. I’ve never used a worse app then this one doesn’t even deserve the 1 star
Not working
It’s not letting sign in or make a new password.. so now I can’t make a payment
Terrible App
Fix it doesn’t even let you login after two factor authentication. Now I have to call them as my payment is not reflecting in my balance!
Last few updates destroyed this app
This app use to work quickly however now when attempting to login to account it can take several minutes to log in and often you are waiting several minutes and still unable to log into account. I have verified that my password info is correct as it does work intermittently however this is not reliable when attempting to make bill payments on time

System and app are sub par
Login issues ongoing, even after several updates. Payment and balance updating is extremely slow. Much slower than typical banking standards. Glitchy app and system overall.

It wants to update but there’s nothing. Then it tells me to download the last version.... I have the last version and it won’t open!..... not very convenient for online service
Cannot log in.
I cannot log into the app or website!!! Every time I try to log in it asks for account verification. It does not matter if I select text, call or email, I never get a verification code. It’s very frustrating because I cannot access my account through the app or online! Please look into this. I also had the same issue of the app telling me to download update with no update being available.

It keeps telling me to update to the new version but when I go to the App Store, there is no new version 👎🏻
