Fraud
I opened a job for someone to cut my lawn. The person who accepted was a no show. I emailed customer service to see how to cancel. Instead I got a reply back “I’ll do that for you right now” then a bill for $30 saying my job was completed. They included a photo of my house that they pulled off the internet from TWO YEARS ago as proof of the job they did yesterday. There is no one to contact and no one replies. This is a total fraud. DO NOT PUT YOUUR CREDIT CARD IN THIS APP.

Just don’t.
Said my lawn would be mowed within 24-36 hours. Never showed up. Customer service was awful through the app. Interface is garbage and communication wall is frustrating. Don’t waste your time. Also overpriced. I was charged extra to have the service expedited, only to have them not show up. Absolute trash.

App doesn’t work
This app couldn’t even find my address which is crazy. I reached out to Lawn Buddy twice with no response. Therefore I will not use this app.
Terrible
I used to use this app a lot but haven’t got a few years. My mower broke and I put the request in a week ago and haven’t heard a word. I can’t figure out how to cancel the request. Just terrible.

This app is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Every time I’ve requested lawn service it takes a week plus for anyone to show up. The past 2 times I’ve requested service no one has shown up at all. I’ve called and messaged and have had no response. I will NOT continue to use this service.
Life changer
Lawn Buddy is a great service that not only helps me gain extra work for my business, but also helps me control my business more efficiently. Before Lawn Buddy I was stuck in the old ways of trying to find new business and was getting strung out. Thankfully I have this resource to take some of the load off.

Use a different app
This app has a terrible interface and doesn’t allow you to cancel requests easily. I had a request that after 10 days still had not been completed. I used the contact us feature to message one of the app managers. They told me they spoke to my provider and they would be out the next day. Three days later the service was still not completed.
Please don’t use this terrible app, there are much better ones out there. They have no follow through with ensuring your service is actually completed. Business models like this don’t deserve to survive.

Never got the service and got charged
There’s it’s a company boca ratón Florida never came to my house got charged 46 dollars and no service now they don’t answer the phone and it’s me out of 46 bucks and nobody gives me any answers
