AAA Landscapes, Brian’s, Crisp - No Call No Shows
This app is great in theory but it is pulling teeth to get a reliable provider that will actually show up when they say they will. We’ve gone through over 3 lawn care providers on this app and none of them reply or respond to messages consistently.

The worst service. I used it for a while.
Was paying extra to have leaves bagged and removed which my credit card was charged.
I called to complain and asked them to please send someone to finish the job.
I was informed that they could not do anything about it even though they had been charging my account numerous times.
I was having company coming in from out of State.
Was so disappointed and very upset.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Doesn’t work
People accept but don’t show up unless you negotiate a higher price. Bait and switch at its finest. Terrible app that attracts terrible business owners.
Lawn buddy
I paid extra for next day service three days ago, nobody showed up. I sent several messages inquiring when the service would be completed and got no response. I now have received a ticket from the city due to the high length of my grass. I would not recommend this company.
Know who’s doing your work
This seems like a great idea - but our lawn provider has done a crap job. I’ve also had to track down the provider to get it fixed. Fail.
Crashing
I like the idea and would like to try it. I just installed it and it crashes when clicking the next button after choosing a date. Can’t wait to try it out once this is corrected.
Outstanding lawn service every time! Love the new app! Makes everything so easy!

Bad
I requested a service, it was accepted and scheduled for a Monday. The crew never showed up, so I reached out and he said he will be in that area on Thursday and will do it then. The crew didn’t show up on Thursday either, I waited another week and still no show. I reached back out to the crew and asked when they would be coming. He read the message and didn’t reply and then my original service request was deleted at that time. Meanwhile the HOA is sending me letters. The apps customer support has been MIA in resolving the matter. I’m deleting the app.

No Way For You To Communicate with anyone.
I tried this app and was unsure how things worked. I submitted a request for service. When a company picked it up all I was given was the name but no phone number. Only way to communicate is by sending a text. I sent two texts trying to sort things out with the company. No response.
Long story but I ended up having to borrow a mower since mine was in for repair. I mowed it myself with a really bad back but had no other choice. At the very end of the day the provider shows up. He says he didn’t get my texts.
I don’t like that no phone numbers are provided to talk with anyone.
