Absolutely Brilliant
This train game is the best. But the reason I have gave 4 Stars is because the game has crashed on me when I do the Europe High Speed Route. Also on my IPad my battery drains quickly when I Play this if you can please fix this. But also I would like you add surveyor where we can create our own routes just like in Trainz 2. Also please add some more Union Pacific locos as well please. Overall the game is in my view the best out there on apple and I love this game very much. But its 4 Stars for now. AMAZING still could you use stuff tho
The game overall is mind blowing. The graphics are amazing! So amazing that it takes a while for them to render so their just blurred lol. I would love it if you updated the crash physics tho. It would make them game a little better. Also I would also love it if you could import custom skins for trains. I’ve been wanting to do that for a while. Besides that the game is very enjoyable! Good, just brings me a white screen when opened though.
Ok, so I got the WAP-7 Addon and closed the app mid download. Now when I open it, it just shows me a white screen? Please fix or if you can please give me some instructions on how to troubleshoot this issue. Great game, it’s amazing! That’s my only issue. Like the game won’t load at all. Just a white screen. Graphics Options
The game overall is really well done, the thing I’ve struggled with the most is there’s no way to change the graphics setting for better performance and battery saving, not to mention I have a brand new IPhone 13 Pro and it runs at about 15-20 fps with quite large stutters and the phone gets really really hot, I wish I could reduce the graphics setting to be able to just have it run smoothly.Show lessgguuiinneess
Minor Bugs
Overall the game is fantastic love the graphics love the locomotives in the game but there are some minor details that could be fixed in the future one sounds on the local models don’t match with the Proto types for instance the Conrail Dash eights have a EMD steel bell and the Norfolk Southern 40s have a steel bell and I understand that the game was released no updates have came out yet and not only just those two details some of the engines have some of the same sounds and it be nice if they had different sounds for each particular locomotive and secondly on the one map where you go into or out of the tunnel on the one curve you always derail well if you’re coming out of the tunnel you the rail but if you try to go to the tunnel you’ll derail and I don’t understand why that happens but I would like to see that get fixed in order to actually have trains run in each direction but like I said over all the game is fantastic can’t wait to see what future updates have in store thank you!!Show lesshodeload
More routes, trains and locomotives
I honestly love the game, I play it 24/7 and it’s always a blast for me, I love the livery of CSX and all the diesel locomotives, but I think there should be more iconic routes like the Conway Scenic Railroad based in New Hampshire. Maybe some Amtrak routes and the ACS-64 Electric loco would be cool to see added as well with realistic features and close to real life sounds as possible, just an opinion, it doesn’t have to happen though. Engine Bugs/Route Placement
It is an amazing game!! However the N&W Y6B is an amazing locomotive but it is not fully numbered & there is a bug where the wheels will just stop spinning for a minute as it’s chugging along, also the NKP S-2 is not fully numbered plus it has a bug where when you first blow the whistle it does for a second then stops & then continues which is odd. Lastly instead of making Summer Lake Pass & Summer Lake Valley two different routes why don’t y’all just combine them into 1 long route?? It’s the same route anyway so that I don’t understand. But other than that I’m very happy with the game so far!!Show lessN&W 1218
Needs fixing but Good
Ok so I’m a huge trainz mobile fan. I got the first trainz mobile when I was 7 or 8. Anyways this game is really fun to play but I have some problems with it.
1) There’s no surveyor. I was excited to use the new stuff to make epic routes set in the Great Plains or the Rockies.
2) No settings. It’s really annoying to see my Y6B with a headlamp that defies the laws of physics. It’s just... floating in mid air, somehow moving with the train
3) Crashes. Sometimes this game just randomly crashes right outta the blue. I’ll be driving a heavy freight train one second and the next I’m at my home screen.
4) No main menu. The second I open the game up it puts me right into Kickstarter County or whatever route I was last in. No main menu sequence to find the route I want to play on, unlike Trainz 1 and 2.
All in all, this game felt rushed for a quick release. It’s good, and I urge anyone to try it out for themselves if they’re thinking about buying it, but I think it needed more time before it should’ve been released and in my opinion I think Trainz 3 should’ve been a port of TS12 or T:ANE.Show lessrickgfhdh
Not as realistic as the older ones
A lot of things are better than the old ones like moving cars and such but I tried to see what happens when a train derailed and it’s completely lacking. In the older sims the trains would actually derail and go off the track and everything, this one they just instantly stop where they’re at and have yellow x’s above them, which is kind of disappointing, especially saying this is the more advanced and realistic one out there. Devs should work on putting that in at some point, derailing and actually coming off the tracks instead of just freezing on the spotShow lesscarpetbomber
Awesome, But App Crashes
I love this simulator, as it is extremely realistic. Still needs a lot of work though because it crashes very often in Rocky Mountains and European High-speed, making it unplayable and no fun. Please fix the crashing issue, thanks.LocoDXB
