Can’t watch Ads
So just by reading the other reviews, I understand I’m the only one with this problem. It’s been about a month and I haven’t been able to watch any ads to earn stars and hearts. “No more ads are available” is all it says. I’ve sent a couple emails and this issue is still happening. The only reason I’m earning any hearts at all is because of the daily attendance, posting, & the few missions and quizzes that I do occasionally. If it wasn’t for that, this app would be completely pointless for me to use. Please fix this, I want to be able to give stars, which is something I haven’t gotten to do since it’s only obtained by watching ads. Also the app lags a lot and takes a couple minutes just to move to another tab. And now I know I’m the only one experiencing these issues.

Ads haven’t been coming in for a few months now, I’ve sent at least 3 emails to support and haven’t gotten an answer or a fix. If that were fixed I think I’d be able to give 4 stars but it’s too big of a problem and for too long, I understand that ur busy but a lot of people hav this problem and it’s too much, we can’t help our boys and I hate it. Overall okay app, kind of difficult for people who don’t know korean at all and sometimes I still struggle (I’m at a beginning/intermediate level)

Brilliant
Easy to use and move around. Quizzes are fun and they also offer eng as an option which is amazing.
Surprisingly accessible
I don’t read a lick of korean and this is honestly surprisingly easy to navigate. It took a guide to sign up but now I feel like I’m ‘part of the club’ and able to support artists I really love even from halfway across the world.
It works
It works fine and I’m glad I can support the groups I love but getting points is surprisingly difficult. I have tried to take so many quizzes and its really clear that you’re not meant to pass them. Also, a lot of things aren’t translated so if you’re foreign good luck. But once again, I love being able to support the artists I love so I can deal with it.

great app
This is a great app for voting and supporting your favorite idols! Everything is in English and it’s super easy to use. The new updated home screen is really nice too because it kinda puts everything you need in the same place, (quizzes, fandom add, charting, etc) which is really helpful.
Renewed home screen is a life saver!
This app is really fun and easy to use, especially with the renewed home screen! It makes it easier and it looks so organized, it would help those who were struggling at the beginning! :) If you’re ready to vote for your idols, idolchamp is the app!
New update!
The new update for the app is so much cleaner and makes it much easier to navigate and looks a lot nicer too. It can take a while to build up chamsim but it’s a great app!

Not so hard to use but takes some time to get used to it
On good days missions to gain hearts are relatively easy to complete. Voting is quite confusing because there are so many different categories sometimes but overall intl fans could navigate the app as long as they get used to it
