Very disappointing
Had LSX for a year now, sound is excellent, but the Stream app is barely usable. Long gaps between songs, often plays with no sound, can’t shuffle or queue. I use from Tidal for high sound quality but user experience is simply not good enough
I sent the speakers back. I did not like them. I don’t want this app.

Terrible
Hate to join the chorus of negativity but this app is truly not fit for purpose. Should not be available for general download until it can at least hold a stable connection. Luckily you don’t have to use it to enjoy the superb KEF LSX speakers.
Disappointed in the app
The sound quality of the speakers is very good, but the app is a buzzkill. The app is so bad that it takes the fun out of listening to music.
Add Apple Music?
Really not a stable app and hasn’t gotten much better during the two years I’ve been using it…
Also, now that Apple Music has upgraded to including lossless audio, could we please get it added to the app to play directly to the speakers?

Kef stream app
As with other reviews - superb speakers totally let down by a really poor app. the Kef Stream app does not sync well with iTunes playlists. Nor is the app good if you like to swap and change music playing between playlists etc. Reminds me of the old Zen MP3 players from 20 years ago.

App constantly not working
Kef wireless apps are worthless
Beautiful speakers but the app and the speakers do not work properly. Forget hifi after two songs. App disconnects and speakers spiral trying to reconnect. £1k spent and all I feel is frustration trying to get it to work properly.
Appalling.
This product is simply not fit for purpose. Whoever at KEF signed off on this app and thought customers would be happy with it should be relieved of their position. Immediately. The audio starts (sometimes), then stops, then might start again, but probably not. Useless.
In this day and age there are tools to do QA
I am convinced KEF does not test and use their own software. Otherwise they would know that their upnp does not work. Streaming device cannot stream from UPnP. Keep up good work or better hire Naim software team.
