Works perfect for me
Not sure what the issue has been for other reviewers. Perhaps all the bugs have been ironed out? Anyway, the app works perfectly for me. I use the app linked to my Tidal account and it works and sounds perfect. It’s pretty cool how the music keeps playing even after I close the app - it must be streaming direct to the speakers. I’m using the app with my little Kef LSX.

1.7.20 update causes app crashes on launch
It was working ok up to this update or my iphone 12 Pro Max on iOS.

It doesn’t work!
Using an iPhone, I click on my playlist or tracks or albums and absolutely nothing happens!!! Nothing, nada! Amazing speakers with a totally useless app.
Disappointing
Incredibly buggy, choppy audio, latest update made tidal streaming even worse. It’s choppy when I use Ethernet even! For such good speakers the streaming performance tarnishes user experience to the point where I cannot recommend your products.

Can’t remember a year when streaming apps were so hard to use and sooooo slooooow.
Totally pointless
Why bother with this app? Even Spotify connect just sends you to the Spotify app, which is already connected to the LSX because I have them selected in AirPlay. And that is done with the other app, KEF control. I don’t understand the need for this app at all. I hope the new KEF connect app (with the LS50 wireless II) is much better. Please release a firmware update for the LSX that makes it compatible with the new app.

Infuriating
Like its companion app (Kef Control) this app is not fit for purpose.
This app and/or the other one do not connect to the speakers 80% of the time.
The speakers (Kef LSX) are excellent but badly let down by this app. If I had known how bad these two apps were before buying the speakers I would have bought from a competitor

Ruins the product - Makes streaming very painful
Unfortunately most people won’t realise how terrible the app is until after you buy the speakers. The speaks are great, but a quick google search tells you that this app is rubbish and is never getting better. KEF blame numerous things like mesh wifi networks (which is what most modern households are moving too).
For me, one day the music plays... the next day it doesn’t. Trying to get the speakers set up took hours of repeating the process until it randomly works... things like this should be simple, particularly when you’re handing over this kinda cash for a product..

Does not work
Clear and simple... the app do not work and make the speakers very disappointing!
