Unusable
Amazing top notch speakers but quality of this app is really disappointing which is a shame considering it’s only gateway to quality stream. Have to switch to Bluetooth instead because Tidal is unusable through Stream. Please invest in proper app
Useless
The KEF LSX speaker’s are a tiny delight to behold, the flaky KEF stream app renders them pretty much useless if you expect to be able to stream music. Absolutely dreadful and shouldn’t have gone to market with them, the app continuously loses connection with the WiFi and the gap between tracks is ridiculously long. I’m used to listening to LP’s and I could get up and turn an album over in the time it takes for the KEF streaming service to load the next track. Such a bitter disappointment, sort it out KEF.

Almost useless
I bought a pair of KEF LSX speakers today. The KEF Steam app will only play a handful of songs from my Apple Music library. The music for all my playlists has been downloaded to my my iPhone but KEF Stream shows virtually all my playlists as containing ZERO songs.
I have been in touch with KEF support and now understand that the app only works with music you own. So the app is functionally useless if you subscribe to Apple Music.
And so I have to try to find a different way of playing music on my new speakers. The KEF Stream app is completely useless.

Understand that it has limited features...
... but at least make those work. Search doesn’t work on dlna. Volume button only works half the time. Doesn’t pay many of my songs. Make it better, KEF!
Awful
Not much I can say that hasn’t already been said. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. The speakers are fantastic, but the app obviously received only 1% of the total development budget. The same goes for the KEF Control app.
App control is the worst
I have a Naim Muso and the KEF LS50 Wireless, the later keeps losing connection with my speaker. I have to delete and reinstall app all the time. It cannot find my speaker which is on the same network all the time. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, frustrating. My Muso works all the time. I can turn on/off the Muso anytime.

Amazing sound, awful app
KEF: Do you know how irritating is to be listening to your favourite music and get constant random 5 seconds interruptions? And explain to your guests it may be an app issue? The only mode that works Okay is wired via optical or aux, all wireless settings have failures, even Bluetooth which works in $15 bucks speakers

Best hi fi, worst app
It is extremely frustrating that after more than a year of having purchased these speakers , KEF has not found a way to actually correct many of the bugs this app has, specially the ability of streaming Tidal songs without constantly skipping tracks. Really frustrating, six stars for the Hi Fi, one for the app

Great update
Great update, much more usable.
I'm finally able to disconnect all other accessories and computer and use solely the app. Works really well.
Since the app speaker firmware update I can get better sound also.

Tidal wireless does not work properly
I’ve tried switching from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and have constant streaming problems with the app being slow and cutting please fix!!!
