The criticism is right, but the app is still good.
People have a point about the mobile ordering- But that’s harder to do than people think. Setting that up is going to require a lot of integration not just in the app, but in the stores as well. The biggest criticism I have on the app, is that it doesn’t have a dark mode. How good would the Aroma Joe’s app look in black?

Not bad but
Not a bad app but they really need to get up to speed with everyone else and have order in advance. Sometimes I wait 10-15 minutes because they are so busy. Would be great to be able to order before I go on break and when I show up it’s done, because they don’t have this feature, I end up going to Dunkin or Starbucks more.

Good, but could be better!
I like this app but I wish there was an order ahead feature! Would be much more convenient and time-saving, and I would definitely go to AJ’s more.

I love my gals at the Greenland, NH location!! They know just what I want, have it ready, and always with a smile!! The coffee and food are great too!
Outdated and not functional
The app is very outdated. Please see Starbucks and Dunkin apps and make similar this. Productions should have descriptions of each product on the menu with prices and ability to see customizations. Rewards should be automatically added when some pays with the app.
AJs 5, app needs work
Love AJs beverages and food. I just wish the app were a little bit better and more inclusive. Would love if there is an order in advance option or even a trace at your location menu. Other than that the app provides plenty of rewards and the employees at my shop are incredible!
Better Than Nothing
Really basic app but it works fine based on its limited features. Lots of room for improvement and enhancements in the app to get up to speed with Aroma’s competitors. Personally I would love an order ahead option in the app, as well as be able to see prices.

Apple Watch or Apple Wallet Integration Needed
Great app, simple yet effective for what it needs to do. My only gripe is they haven’t added Apple Watch support or the ability to add your card to Apple Wallet. Having the barista scan my watch would be great

This is this best coffee I had in years and top it off best employees at the east Rochester highland st. Good people and great friends.
