Won’t accept credentials
This app has been consistently rated as useless, but I figured I’d give it a try anyway. Nope. It is useless. Why is Cigna still promoting it? Haven’t they seen the overwhelmingly negative reviews?
This app is a joke if I could give -1 I would
The app has nothing on it except 404 errors. I can’t believe this is GDIT solution to wellness for its international employees. I hope no one is actually getting paid for this!
Not fit for purpose and no desire rectify this
If you have any alternative access to medical care, use it rather than this app. Nine months and no resolution to access issues.
When IT staff can tell a customer that they will not receive medical care for 2 weeks because of an IT issue, there is something broken not just with the app, but with the company.

Terrible!
Get all the way through requesting appointment then get an error message. Good thing I’m not that sick. This is the worst app I have ever used. Junk it and start over.
Worthless
Scheduling phone or video consultation not working. When you select time it just loops with no action.
Login issues and basic functions do not work
I have been trying for one hour to schedule an online consultation. First, my login information would not be accepted (despite the same information working on the website on the other Cigna app). And then I repeatedly received a “Something went wrong” error when trying to schedule a callback for a consultation (I have tried ten times on two different devices). I had similar issues a few months ago. This is really disappointing.

years later still a login bug
how can you not fix the issues with LOGIN?! cigna support keeps referring to manual but the app won't recognize my credentials. this problem has been going on for YEARS according to the review and no one has thought to fix it?
Doesn’t work
I have active login credentials with Cigna Envoy but this app doesn’t take them. Worthless.
Not useful and buggy app
Trying to book GP video consultation and can’t move forward after selecting the time slot.. don’t understand why such an important app is buggy and cannot be used for intended purpose.. disappointing
Login remember me feature broken
App constantly logs me out and never remembers me, sometimes it crashes half way through using it and it opens up on the login screen
