Honestly not to bad but it needs to be fixed
I like the element of the story but it won’t let me upgrade my characters freezes and I have to restart the game and the the combos feel chunky and unrealistic, but I believe they are things that can be fixedTheTastyMarsbar

Really bad game
Don’t download the new game. It is garbage and EA has become nothing but greedy money grabbers. They screwed over the Madden users now they screw over the user of the ufc game. Lousy game makers. On top of that if you give a bad review it doesn’t posted. EA has done nothing but screw up the good games they had. What’s the problem? No qualified game builders so EA just puts out junk now? Total crap
Very basic game mechanics of tap/swipe to do combos. Hold to block and time tap to attack to parry. No control over movement except to dash back. Press special attack button when gauge is charged. Zero depth. Grappling from first game is completely removed.
You can win against more powerful opponents with some skills but in the end, whether you win or not is based on stats, which is just a total p2w cash grab. Played for 2 hrs and deleted it.Show lessMK5902
Surprised
When I found out the game became available I immediately downloaded the app. After playing I found it to be really fun and entertaining. I’ve played the the first ufc mobile game and I can’t complain about either one.Urge2251
Can use some improvements but solid overall
As a long time UFC fan I was excited for this game as I loved the first mobile game. The game overall is great and is mostly an improvement from the first game.
Pros:
Visually it looks amazing especially compared to the first game
Much more customization with your account and even the fighters can have different poses and frames
More game modes to get different rewards then just going up a ladder fighting
The gameplay is very smooth and the mechanics are easy to understand
The fighter level system is simple
It’s fairly easy to get new fighters and you don’t have to spend money or save in game currency for a long time to get new fighters
Cons:
Not much diversity in the striking and lacks control of what punches/kicks you want to do
In game currency rewards for each fight are a little small and doesn’t seem to change on how good/bad you are
When selecting fighters for your team you have to individually remove and add each one; no option to clear all
My review is essentially a comparison to the first game and honestly this one is a major improvement with some aspects needing a touch up. Hopefully with future updates the striking gets improved to where we can tap at a specific area of the body and that will be the strike used instead of just tapping and your fighter doing whatever strike it wants. I will be looking forward to the next updates/changes and adjust my review in time.Show lessSJaznoe

The striking mechanics are a little delayed and that animation after being hit leaves you vulnerable to continuous combos. The parry mechanics are weird to sometimes it works sometimes it just makes you swing. The ranking up the fighters is weird to I fully upgraded a couple fighters attributes with the coins that you earn but you need a totally separate item to increase the rank past ten and apparently they are pretty rare and the only ones I really seen were for purchase so that tells you about the game right there I’m really trying hard to enjoy and prob will keep playing because I know they will make it a lot better soon hopefullyShow lessMDRNMAY
Give Us Back The Original
This game is complete trash. All the terrible handholding and energy meter nonsense modern games on iPhone have nowadays. The combo’s feel completely janky, the updated gameplay makes it a nonstop tap fest. There’s no skill involved, no quality, no reason to play it. The first UFC game for iOS was perfectly balanced and addictive in its own right. This is just embarrassing.Show lessjack_the_moron

This app is amazing I was able to play for an hour I really love the graphics in the mobile version you guys did incredible playing from an M1 iPad Pro 11 inch and from my testing I noticed no dropped frames or overheating device great job eaRolbro
