App connection
The app never works on phone’s data, just on wifi like a remote control ...to be really sincere...this company even shouldn’t sell their products to another different country language cause the support is terrible and if needs...better get a translator, very good luck🍀🤞
Stop signing me out
Stupid add keeps signing me out. And they had a weird password policy so I have to keep requesting a new password
Bad app
Can’t register app has no permissions to log in with Facebook and won’t except any kind of password to register it really sucks
Alexa no longer working.
Alexa no longer working. It’s just permanently telling me that the device is unresponsive. Please fix it. The app is still working sporadically.
Frustrating
So annoyed at this app. Finally got it working for it to update, forget all my details and I have to start all over again connecting it to my WiFi. Why is it so difficult to do???!
Not working
Does not work
Can’t log in to pair with Alexa
App on itself works fine, but can’t log in to pair my AC with Alexa
WiFi Smart
We used WiFi Smart with our Gree, we NEVER wanted to switch to this app that just DOESNT WORK! Now we have no choice. This app just won’t work properly. Gree+ actually did connect the way this is supposed to but the interface is NOTHING like WiFi Smart which did it all, this app does nothing by comparison. The developers need to have another look at WiFi Smart and re-do this app!

Not easy but WORKS
It works!
You only need to have a really short network name and simple WPA2-PSK password on it. Just get it a dedicated SSID at 2.4GHz frequency if you don’t want to compromise your personal network. And don’t even bother trying to make it connect automatically and just go straight for manual connection method instead.
Shame that the instructions in the app ain’t bulletproof as many have pointed. Took me about six hours to figure this one out!
