Timer is not reliable

Ok as remote but crashes
You can use the app for basic stuff like switching on and off. When I try to use the timer it crashes. Not all the symbols make sense either so not very user friendly.
This app is horrible
Hard to get ACs connected, then for a week it worked and now it logged me out and says “network times out” when I try to log back in, it doesn’t work AT ALL
Really bad app. Needs a lot of work. It crashes all the time
App signed me out and doesn’t work at all!!!
Timer not working
It would help if the timer actually gave you a visual of how much time is left. It would also help if the timer function actually worked. I set it for 30 minutes but the air still stays on. Fail.
New features?
Would be great if we could use the app to check the ambient temperature of a room and access more of the features you can use on the remote.
Maybe also add FAQ and trouble shooting to the app and maybe a help guide to understand what some of the functions and features are?
Other than that the app works well and gives you quite a bit of control. We’re able to switch the unit off and on while we were on our way home to start the process of cooling down the room before we got home.

"the server doesn’t have plugin currently"
Cannot get this to work with a new EcoAir GELO portable AC despite trying every step including the ‘manual adding’ option.
The app seems to find and add the device successfully (all blue ticks on the add screen), however, the home screen only shows a ‘find new device’ box. Clicking this just shows a "the server doesn't have plugin currently" message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, created new Ewpe accounts, added the device ‘automatically’ and ‘manually’ but I always get the same error.
This app is totally useless to control the portable AC.

Had to get help from support personnel on how to login
Once I managed to figure that out, it was better.
Very basic. Needs major user interface improvement
It’s 2019. It should know geo location and pick correct F or C for temp. Use of icons is completely un-intuitive. Have to scroll through then to see what they are for; meanwhile this causes your unit to cycle modes and waste energy. Has SE mode which is “save energy” but could be conveyed much better, with an intuitive icon or ES for “energy saver” mode. Need to provide help menu to explain how to use app as it is completely un-intuitive. Really need that instruction manual, written in American English.

Does not even sign you up!
Since I bought this unit, been trying 2 days to get signed in on my phone. The app takes your sign up data, but when I head over to sign in, app says that data inserted is wrong. Deleted app, re-installed, several times, with several different sign up data, same story. This is just the sign up/in phase, and I still need to see if it actually works with the A/C unit once logged in.
