Not able to reconnect
I monitor my garage for 4 months when away but I keep getting disconnected and an not able to get control of the Heat pump. At one time I would just have someone go in and shut off HP and router and turn them back on and it would work. I have a camera in the garage and it never disconnects. This year I have not been able to get control of it.😡😡😡

I need 2 apps to control my dehumidifier
I currently have 2 older Toyotomi dehumidifiers and purchased a third one and now need to have 2 apps to control them remotely. Why would you make it so that all of your products run with 1 app? Also I have tried everything possible to share the app with my family but gave up after 3 hours of trying.

A stressful app
Why when you have to put a review on a product do you have to choose one star? Why isn’t there a -5 stars I have found lightly that most apps so smart are absolutely far from smart. This is the furthest from smart ever.

Just not working properly
New upgrade makes the app worse then it was. The only thing that works well is the little bird while it’s loading and loading and loading. I thought Kolin was a big name but they can’t even get the app right.
Region of service
When setting up the app there is a request for service region. Once selected and saved the app queries the region selected and asks the user to select the user’s real area correctly - very weird.
This same problem occurs when the user tries to link the app to Google Home.

The app is pretty good, wish the interface was a bit more polished. Like the fact that I can turn on my AC remotely and cool my house before I get home.
