The feeder worked fine for the last three months and then suddenly the app quit working correctly. Tried to reset the network tried everything take in the air about putting it back in. I’ll have to call someone tomorrow what a hassle

The general idea of the device is fantastic and exactly what I need as I often work away from home a couple of days at a time.
However
I have 2 devices and one won't reset in order to connect and the other simply displays tray full even though it isn't.
The app looks like it was created by a 4 year old and includes no trouble shooting or customer support hence my frustration at not being able to use £200 worth of equipment.
Currently acting as 2 ridiculously expensive manual food trays.
Look forward to someone coming back to me.

A LOT of problems
PLEASE update and upgrade the app!!!
I feel like the feeder itself is great, everything works, but the app doesn’t do much
1) the feeder dispensed food at the correct time, but the app still showed no food was dispense (feeder was connected to wifi at the time) - very huge problem because I can’t be certain if the feeder dispensed food or not
2)the ads said if the feeder is low on food or if food is jammed, it would notify owner via app, but the app doesn’t
3) the recording that FOLLOWED the distribution of food does not work sometimes (if the playback recording can play before food is dispensed, that would be wonderful)
4)the interface of the app could be modified for easier and smoother use

THE APP HAS STOPPED WORKING
The app now no longer lets us log in. It freezes on the loading page, then quits itself. I have clicked on the app support button on the App Store but it goes through to a page that says “Error 522,” with the rest in a language I can’t understand. I have tried clicking on several links on that page, but nothing seems to load. Please fix ASAP as I can’t contact the developers!!!

Not a perfect app but good enough
There was an error with the app in the last few days and im surprised they sorted it out quite quickly! Not the best app in the market but i think it is improving!
Rubbish
App is rubbish. Fails to add/delete automatic feeding. This App makes a good machine useless! I even deleted the app and re-installed but the automatic feeding is stuck on my account!

Works but buggy
Got this up and running. Seeing several bugs. 1) I sync the clock but on a daily basis the clock time changes by 1 hour and I have to resync. 2) It says there is a new firmware update for the feeder but whenever I confirm doing the update, nothing happens. 3) food is being dispensed but the app keeps saying “no food” on the feeding records. 4) I had to do the initial setup of the feeding unit on an Android phone because the iPhone would not connect to the device to set up the WiFi settings. I like the camera, the feeding does operate on a schedule if the clock is synced right, good sized capacity.

Absolutely useless app means can’t use the feeder
So, the password doesn’t get recognised ever and even if you change/reset it won’t recognise it. Therefore I can’t get in and actually use the app. RUBBISH!!!
Update 3 to 5 stars
Automatic feeding didn’t work due to the clock was wrong. Go to settings and sync clock. All worked on time with auto feeding.
