Company great but app needs improvement
Once in a while the app will sign me out and when I attempt to sign back in, it doesn’t remember my email & password. When I go through forget password steps, the app then says my email does not exist.
Needs some improvements
I’d like to be able to copy the GoLocker address from the app. Currently you can’t select any part of the address text or the personal GoLocker number so I have to memorize it or switch back and forth between screens if I’m checking out from my phone, or copy it to a piece of paper and read it off. This slows me down when I’m checking out (I’m also always nervous that maybe I’ve typed something wrong), and it’s annoying. Other than that, the one time that I’ve used this service I’ve been quite pleased.

Love it!!
I did a year subscription for my dad who lives in New York. He had a lot of issues with stolen packages so now everything I sent him (or he orders) goes right to GoLocker and he picks it up when he comes home from work. It’s awesome.
Stole my package?
Tracking says delivered. GoLocker says they don’t know where the package is and they refuse to reimburse me (even though they say they will in their terms and conditions. Scam!
Super easy
I don’t write many reviews, but seeing how few golocker had I felt like I had to chime in. Getting my package was a breeze. My current situation makes it hard to get packages, but this worked exactly as advertised!!!!
Awful UX
Retrieving a package requires manually entering your email address, password and delivery pin on a capacitive touchscreen that does a poor job registering inputs. Takes a solid minute or two, which quickly gets awkward when you have a line of other people behind you trying to get their packages. QR code feature simply doesn’t work. Incredibly lazy execution given that you could have easily built the app to unlock your locker with a single button press.
