Can’t even reset password!!

This program was working fine and then all of a sudden my courses disappeared and now I can’t even reset my password!!! Absolutely frustrating and WASTE OF TIME!! Bugs need fixed!!!! 😡

Won’t load on my iPhone XR

I go to open the app and it just shuts off.

Horrible and not worth it. Just use desk/laptop

I was doing the living well rested. The daily sleep log doesn’t work at all. I would scroll through the times to say 10:10pm and then the log would say 7:10p. It was a disaster to my log!!!

Disappointed

Just started two courses last night and it recommended that I download the app for easy access, which I did. However, every time I try to access one of the courses the app closes. I will not allow me to access anything! Very disappointed...

Thank you for your review. The latest version of the Selfhelpworks app was released on August 5th. This release addressed your issue and it is now resolved. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device and you should be able to access your Selfhelpworks course without issue.

Keeps crashing

I can only get to the home screen. If I try to watch or click on anything the app immediately crashes. Iphone XS

New version much improved

I’m really liking the new version of the app. I can now view my course schedule which is useful, but the best addition is being able to view the reading materials and assignments. Although, I wish I could actually complete some of the assignments in the app.

Great idea, app not working though

I found this program on my health insurance website and I'm so excited to start. Unfortunately this app isn't working for me. It shows that I'm logged in but I can't access any content. It says that I need to log in when I am already. I hope this gets fixed.

Audio won't stay on...

The audio files stop playing after the iPhone goes to sleep, making them pretty much useless unless you're constantly monitoring. I'd like to be able to listen to them in the car using Bluetooth as I'm driving, but I have to keep waking my phone every 2 minutes which is very distracting and dangerous.

Thank you for the feedback. Our newest version will no longer interrupt the audio when the phone goes to sleep allowing for playback of audio while you're performing other activities such as driving.

Not working

This app is not working with the site as anticipated. As most people this day in age...I use my phone for pretty much EVERYTHING! I can use the log, get tips, etc online but through the app I get absolutely nothing. The app keeps telling me to log in to my account, but I've done that because it says "hi Jennifer". It would be great to see everything in the app that is available online.
