Don’t download this App

Fake promotion is the least of your problems if you try to order with them, mainly I’m writing this review while waiting for an order that was made an hour ago, I have been trying to cancel the order since it took too much time to be delivered but im faced with a automated response that says: Sorry, we cannot cancel your order, as our Rep is already on the way to the pick-up location and your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Your order should be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes.

How do you want to proceed?

I wish i can post screenshot of the chat with their support so you can see how bad it is.

And always there will be something missing from your order even if you report it there will be no response no refund no apology.

I’m deleting this app, DONT DOWNLOAD IT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF🚨🚨🚨🚨

App crashes

Good afternoon.
When I scroll down to search for restaurants the application crashes.
It keeps happening multiple times in the day.
What should I do?

The deferences between the APP price and the restaurant price

The application and its services are good , but the Restorant price is quite high which is written in the APP comparing with the price in the restaurant it self. I think as long as you are taking a delivery fee you don’t need to add extra in the restaurant.

worst delivery app in ksa

this app hands down is the worst in the market especially their customer service. they never refund if they got the order wrong and the delivery time is so long even if the restaurant is near. don’t waste your time and money in it, get the red app or the yellow one at least they’ll refund you when the order is wrong.

تطبيق جداً سيء في التعامل مع العملاء حتى في حال كان الطلب غير صحيح لا يتم تعويض العميل، وفترة التوصيل دائماً طويلة مهما كانت المسافة بين المطعم والمنزل. لا انصح بتحميل التطبيق ابداً حتى النجمة المعطاه لا يستحقونها، افضل لكل عميل استخدام التطبيق الاحمر او الاصفر فهم افضل في كل المقاييس ويوجد لديهم عروض توصيل ايضاً.

Unable to Upgrade due to iOS version

this apps is not accepting old version for iOS 12.5.6 which need to buy to gadget just to upgrade thr iOS... suggest this is an apps which must be compatible in any platform let it be iOS 12.x.x and must not choice only higher version of iOS as a result i will not updare just to have this apps. Hope this must be consider and now im not able to place my order due to this simple reason. Thanks.

Service not reliable

You keep canceling my orders after the scheduled time of delivery. This has happened many times. I will recommend to everyone I know that they DO NOT USE ToYou because your app ordering service is NOT RELIABLE

Awful customer service and drivers

App is slow and crashes. Customer service is non existent. Drivers never follow delivery instructions and spam call you 1000 times

Food is good but I'm not rating that here

No support

We had an issue with our order, we contacted the chat for support. For 9 days we try to talk to a human with no success. If you ever used Hunger station, Jahez, or Uber eats then you know that you actually have a shot at getting your issue looked at and resolved. This app have zero humans working on the customer service issues. Luckily i only lost few $ worth of items, but I saved ton of money potentially from risking using it again. I am uninstalling and will always advice friends and families against it.
