Lack of professionalism

Simply, they are the masters in canceled orders and missing items.

I’ve ordered yesterday and I’ve got literally less than half of my order and never returned the remaining cost of missing items.

I’ve never had a single good experience with them.

ما توصلون الطلب وخدمه سيئه ماترودن بالتطبيق ولا شي وحتى خانه كنسل الطلب غير موجوده

Bad service

The app did not respond to my order once it was made, the money was deducted from my bank account and the order was not delivered. They didn't respond to my complains on the phone, nor the app, nor twitter

Worst delivery app ever don’t waste your time and money

Bare in mind they only accept credit card so they can swindle you and never deliver

Made an order at 8 a.m., 5 hours later still not delivered

you have to wait 40 minutes for customer service to answer you and even when they do they say wait for 3-4 more hours for a meal

All this poor treatment is of course after u pay them by credit card in advance so you can’t get your money back

Almost forgot to mention the insane delivery rates that start from 25 riyals

Just use other delivery apps and don’t waste your time with this one

Worst Delivery App

I ordered twice and didn’t get my food. I tried calling, messaging, and sending them emails but no one answers. They don’t even answer their employees’ calls.

Badest delivery app I have seen in my life

. No customer service responding
. Late cancelation of your order ( order and you will be waiting until you die )
. When you recive your orders you will receive it deficient I promise you

اسوا تطبيق توصيل شوفته في حياتي
. خدمة العملاء مايردو عليك واذا ردو تقول ليتهم ماردو ( ردود تافهة )
. تاخر في الغاء الطلب قد يستغرق يوم كامل
. اذا طلبت راح يوصلك طلبك ناقص ١٠٠٪؜

Useless customer “support”

Awful and unprofessional customer support. Sellers repeatedly not accepting orders with no clear reason given from ToYou support, wrong orders with complete disregard to the customers’ complaints, and what will really grind your gears is how long customer support takes to answer your inquiries!
Nothing supportive about them.
Best thing I did was switch back to reliable apps like UberEats, Jahez, and Wssel.

Impressed

Great app, easy to handle, and yes very tempting offers. The only problem I’m facing is it’s not connected to apple pay, master card and Visa it’s not an option for me.

This is the first delivery app that I'm satisfied with

Please keep this exact level of professionalism, everything is great, the apps is easy and has so many options, the drivers are really fast and super friendly/cooperative, and the delivery fees are such a blessing for a broke jobless college student like me.

Edit: I'm taking most of what i typed back.. the app is getting absolutely worse.. and the delivery fees are getting higher than other apps.. disappointing 😣

Our new delivery fee now starts at 9 SAR for merchants around you, available in the "Around me" section on the app. You can also order from all the merchants you love at the best delivery fees, which you can find next to each merchant on the app.
