عدم حل مشكلة نسيان احد الطلبات

طلبت من مطعم و وصل ناقص وتم التواصل معهم ومر شهر وكل اسبوعين اكلمهم ولم يتم حل المشكلة !!

The worst app

It took over 2hours just to deliver coffee! they keep apologizing due to load on service they will be late then you get 2 options: 1- they force you to wait 2hours then cancel your order. 2-you get your order after +2 hours cold and not fresh anymore. stick with uber eats if you want quick service

خدمه سيئه مماطله ادت الى الغاء الطلب من عندهم

لازم يشتغلو على نفسهم لايوجد خدمه جلست انتظر ساعه اخر شي لغو الطلب وطلبو مني اعمل طلب جديد وبعد ماعملت انتظرت ساعه اخرى اضطريت اني الغي الطلب من عندي .

Wonderful

Bravo, really. Not only you have amazing prices, but also respectful drivers. Kudos honestly, my food arrived fresh and hot with a delivery price of 5 SR which is amazing! While on other apps like carriage and hunger station you’d pay 25-40SR for a food that is cold and the opposite of fresh.

Worst service!

I order and the deliver guy did not deliver my order.. he left it outside the building when I specifically told him to deliver it to the floor of the company i work at..
Customer service did not cooperate at all, they believed the driver’s word over mine.. he told them i asked him to leave it at the door even though I didn’t.
Ironically the app is called “toyou”..
They basically stole my money and i did not receive the order.. with no action taken whatsoever...

Cancellation option

The app is good in everyhing except there no cancellation option!!! Sometimes the driver location is too far and sometimes I change my mind so I don’t have choice!

Best Ride App in KSA

Came to Riyadh for business. I have struggled to find a reliable ride application in KSA. Couldn’t catch a ride from airport. Tried ToYou. Won’t use any other service. Quick response, friendly, all and all great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever

Ordered food at 6 am which was supposed to arrive at 6:40 and till 7:15Am the driver wasn't at the restaurant to pick the order !

the order took longer than 1 and a half hours which i had to cancel and the driver wasnt yet moving

I received a call twice after the above review for checking the satisfaction level and that if i would uae the app again and an amount was offered to install the app ! I installed again and the balance is 0.00 😂😂😂 ridiculously funny

God but there is one thing wrong

You have the best price, and your drivers are the best, but you have one thing if you fix it you will be the best application ever
You need to have more drivers and more cars for transportation
Most of the times I can’t find any car near to me
Please fix this issue as soon as you can
