not a very well though out app
it feel like this app was put together quickly and not a very well though out. one of the problem that should have been notice and fixed was let say you sign in time on Monday and forgot to sign out. the next day when you log in you have to sign out so some how it said you have been working on that day since mid night and now what ever the time you sign in and out for that day is completely ignore. please fix it.

Credentials won’t work.
I logged in once for my job no problem. My healthcare company wanted to change the credentials and the security pin went from 6 digits to five digits and I haven’t been able to login since multiple times and get the same error error number 309. I tried to delete the app and now I can’t get it back on my Home Screen. This is deserving of less than 2 star’s cumulative.

This app is always having issues clicking in or out is not a dependable system since you never know when May be working correctly.
Updated for iOS 16???
I've been holding off updating my phone because of all the reviews saying it doesn't work with the newest ios, and I see there was an update for this app last week with the entirely unhelpful "performance improvements" patch notes. Can devs confirm if it has been fixed for iOS 16, as I literally rely on this app for my income???? I've tried contacting their support with no response. Will update review when it's fixed

This app is ridiculous it does not work. Out of range and the error 501 and doesn’t let me clock in or out. Just don’t think companies should make us have to use apps that don’t work to clock in/out because then it affects our pay.
Great until IOS updates
Worked great until the latest update and now it won’t allow me to sign in. It’s also inconsistent with drop down menus. Frustrating for those of us depending on the work/$$ right now!!
Doesn’t work due to the iOS 16 update
I had no problem using this app with iOS 15 since my phone updated to iOS 16 it doesn’t work with the new update for when I have to clock in for work sooo frustrating if I couldn’t give this app stars I wouldn’t

Can you please make it so you can toggle between multiple accounts? I have two jobs and it’s so difficult to alternate between them on the app. There’s 4 IDs and 2 pins and the app doesn’t allow you to save even a single ID, I have to type them all in each time. If you have one account then you only have to type in the pin every time, but I’m having to completely clear them out.

Not user friendly at all
Accuracy of location is SO OFF.. I clock in and out inside patients house and it will say 53 feet from member home then it will say 1.5 miles from member home when I clock out. Doesn’t always clock me out either. Then it said clock out and you put location and clock out, but it doesn’t clock you out you better not close the app out because it’s going to ask you AGAIN.. I hate this method of clocking in and out it’s not reliable at all!!
