Я владелец множества зверей и мне было очень приятно, что я могу бесплатно вести анкеты сразу всех. Что я вижу в итоге: - чтобы зайти, надо иметь аккаунт и это ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО - теперь бесплатно можно иметь только одно животное, что максимально убого, я владелец стайных грызунов, которые не так много живут и я ХОЧУ отслеживать возраст и вести учет всех своих подопечных в своем телефоне, но я просто не могу этого делать. - Заплатите 200 рублей, чтобы получить БЕСПОЛЕЗНЫЕ фичи, которые даже НЕ нужны простому пользователю. Зачем мне получать доступ к сообществу? Я просто хочу следить за состоянием СВОИХ животных. 200 рублей в месяц - это не так дорого, я согласен, но не за ваше приложение, ребят, оно этого не стоит, просто без обид, но вы зажрались. Я понимаю, что хочется денег, но вы либо не давали бы надежду в прицнипе, когда приложение было ПОЛНОСТЬЮ бесплатным, а сделали его сразу с подпиской, либо продолжили делать все бесплатно, просто введя не обязательную, но все же подписку. Но вы же взяли и срезали весь функционал до нуля, закинув все в платку. None of the vet prescribed medication my animals are using are included in their list and cannot add medication. Will not let you save without selecting a medication. Daft design, glad of the 7 day free trial for the paid app so I could find this bug and cancel my membership. ### 2/5 — Bitte Übersetzer dran setzen … und Apple Login fixen *2024-07-06, version V.6.001.024* Die App ist in der deutschen Variante eine Zumutung. Man kann häufig nur raten, was wohl mit den Begriffen gemeint ist. Ansonsten scheint es recht flexibel nutzbar, da man sich wohl alle möglichen Kriterien selber erstellen kann. Aber ich finde mich nicht zurecht in der App, es scheint mir etwas wirr oder einfach zu sehr überfrachtet zu sein. Vielleicht hilft außer dem Übersetzer auch noch ein UX Designer ;-) Update 01-2024: Leider ist ein Login via Apple-ID nicht möglich, obwohl diese Option angeboten wird. Daher kein Login /Anmeldung ohne Preisgabe der Email möglich :-( Daher kann ich nicht bewerten, ob sich die App in der Anwenderfreundlichkeit verbessert hat… Update Juli 2024: Danke für die Entwickler-Antwort, aber das war mir jetzt doch zu lang und ich habe keine Lust mehr, mit 1 Tier zu testen, ob die App für mich und meine 2 Tiere geeignet sein könnte und dann ggf auf ein kostenpflichtiges Abo zu wechseln. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-06-27, version V.6.001.024* Previous version worked really well. I want to love this app, but it’s not stable or fast enough for daily use. It needs serious performance improvements and a fix for the broken notification system. I relied on it so much that I decided to invest in the lifetime package, trusting that it would continue to serve me well. Unfortunately, that trust was completely shattered. Shortly after I upgraded, the app was overhauled—and not for the better. The once-clean and user-friendly interface was cluttered with ads and unnecessary features, completely stripping away the intuitive experience that made it so valuable in the first place. But the worst part? The update wiped out all my data—several years’ worth of critical information, including records for multiple animals. I reached out to customer service, expecting some level of responsibility or assistance. Instead, after multiple back-and-forth exchanges, I got nowhere. My data was never recovered, and my request for a refund was ignored. Losing such valuable information because of an irresponsible update is beyond frustrating—it’s unacceptable. Have a dog that I’m tracking chronic issues with. Some data charts would be helpful and the file upload does not work at all. A handy thing would be add custom behaviors to the behavior tracker, I hate how limited that is and it doesn’t apply at all to true animal behavior it applies to human emotions. I’d prefer to track apatite, energy levels, etc. this is a feature that is being very poorly used. I can’t upload a single thing, I’ve reached out and hopefully they respond or see this bc I was loving the app until I couldn’t upload her vet records at all. For example, I can’t add a medication that is not in the list (I live outside the US and don’t have the same medicine names), everyone I try to upload a pdf file I get an error so I upload images instead, and the chart for weight is wrong, and also cannot add decimal to the weight. I would love to meet with the developers or anyone from the client side to discuss this further so you can make improvements.
