Normally I've been using it to help customers reach me easily as an alternative video call line. But I'm really happy with the new features. I can host my video meetings, answer calls on my phone then switch the call to my computer. The app can be a little shaky sometimes when they release the new features but they usually fix them really fast. The video quality is far better than what I see on Zoom and Whereby. I have been thinking of switching my entire business to virtual office and I feel like this is a good start.
