I got everything correct on my sign in and it won’t let me like anything this is worse than my grandma dying 💀🙄

Never got the chance to try it because the email confirmation was a broken link on multiple accounts and customer service never got back to me. Do better.

미국에서 잘 이용하고 있습니다. 근데 문제는 고객응대가 전혀 되지 않고 있어요, 이메일로 문의를 드려도 문의 접수되었다는 확인 메일만 받고 그 다음에는 감감무소식… 해외니 이메일이 유일한 소통 방법인데, ( 굳이 국제전화로 문의하는 사람이 몇이나 있을지요… ) 여지껏 문의를 많이 드렸으나 답변은 한 번도 받은 적이 없네요… ㅜㅜ

I made an account and received an email confirmation with a broken link. So I can’t confirm my email and it won’t let me sign in without this step. I even tried making another account with a different email and the same thing happened. So frustrating!

I tried ordering an album through EMS shipping after completing everything and entering my payment method there was an error with the code 333 after trying to complete my purchase on a windows computer i tried using the app on my phone but neither works i sent a 1:1 inquiry and it recommended i used internet explorer and a windows device which i did but i still could not complete my purchase
