I love this app! It’s helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been using this app for 10 weeks as part of 12-week group challenge. I eat delicious food and am way more satisfied. I’ve lost inches, built muscle and healed my gut. I can’t wait to do another 12 fixes to healthy group challenge using this app!
