アプリをアップデートしたら開かなくなった。OSのバージョンは問題ないのに。なんで？FC会員証出せなくて困る。

フィードバックいただいたとおり、新たな登録メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログインしているのに、同期していますという画面のまま一向に先へ進みません。カード情報登録も勿論出来ないので、このままでは、全部のせ盛りだくさんプランへの変更が出来ません。 こちらからフィードバックしても、返信が来るのは1週間後とか対応も遅い上に、トラブルに対する対応も杜撰。 しかも、問い合わせへの対応も土日祝祭日はしていないとのこと。 いきものがかりが素晴らしいアーティストなだけに、非常に遺憾でなりません😢。 しっかりと迅速な対応を強く望みます。
