I love this game, started playing after my favorite game was shut down. I do spend money on it because let’s face it that’s the only way to get anywhere. Today I decided to purchase the special going on and bought the 8$ one and the. The 25$ one and figured I’d buy the 15$ one to get the extra bonus. Said there was a problem with my internet connection which there wasn’t when I purchased the 25$ one but reinstalled it with no extra charge. So then purchasing the 15$ pack I had the same problem so I clicked it again said purchase complete but no gems so I clicked it again said purchase complete but still no gems so did this 2 more times still no gems but have been charged 15$ 4x’s. Now your telling me to contact technical support with proof of purchase but don’t tell me how to do this . I’ve looked everywhere and have not been able to find an email address for technical support. Really hope this gets taken care of because I really do enjoy playing this game and would hate to have to give it up for something new.Show lessMommyandBella

For starters this app has ridiculous wait times, it makes no sense that blueberries grow in like a minute, but wheat takes 5. Or that a blueberry or strawberry punch is done in like 10 minutes, but the lemonade take 30. (I’m estimating on the times because I can’t remember the exact time frame) it shouldn’t take 11 hours to open a single chest. The grow times are just simply ridiculous, it makes the game not even fun to place past the early levels. On top of that, the journey to other islands or whatever it is, where I scavenge is ridiculous as well. If I only get 200 energy, the trees, rocks and whatever else shouldn’t require 40+ energies, if they’re going to cost that much, we shouldn’t max out at 200 energies.
I really like this game, but you need to adjust your wait times drastically.
But it really takes the cake now because it no longer loads past 9% to even play the game. No matter what WiFi strength or data speed, it won’t load. I can’t even delete and reinstall or I’ll lose my data.Show lessLipsticknCurls
I love it but it still need some fixing
I always love to try out farm games, and this game is my favorite!! I spend all days playing this! I seriously addicted! But there are some trouble in the game which is really annoying! Like when I brought things from the market, I paid and there is my name on it, but it wasn’t in my barn! Or after I have donated things for my team, then their request just disappeared together with things i donated, meaning that thing I donated disappeared, I lost it and my friend can’t receive it either. And everyday I got kicked out of the game 10-20 times a day! Today I can’t log in also, it’s isn’t internet connection, other apps work just fine, only this game isn’t! I really love this game, but it has so many problems going on, I hope you can fix it soon, so I can play more, thanks!Show lessred_applex
Was fun at first
I just deleted this app. Was a lot of fun at first and was really excited to have found it. It quickly becomes obvious that you have to spend real money to get anywhere in the game. I have no problem supporting the developers and spending money, but it gets pretty ridiculous. Challenges in the form of new islands open up with a time limit of several days. To finish the challenge, you need to clear A LOT of brush, trees, rocks, etc which require a lot of energy. The sheer amount of energy required makes play frustrating and ultimately expensive if you want to finish the challenge. The bugs are numerous. The store to buy items is worthless at best. If you actually manage to find something that hasn’t already been sold, I’d buy it only to find the game is happy to take my coins without giving me the items. Contacting the developer proved worthless as there was zero response and the problem continued. The game crashed and kicked me out fairly regularly. The game that started out as a lot of fun just became too frustrating and annoying. Too bad because it could have easily been a 5 star game.Show lessPoohpup

We would like you to know that we have big plans for the future. Maybe after a while you will play our game again and you will see how we grew up and how much work was done. I really enjoy this game. But I have to report my frustration with Cust. Support. My first experience I sent my concern to the email address posted in funky bay only to get a daemon error. No Emil address exist. So after hunting down an email address that works I explained “ upon making a purchase I was billed twice but only received one payments worth of bonus. And asked for a refund. After a week that mattered was handle and I received extra bonuses. No refund. It’s happened again. I made a purchase, was billed twice and only received one payments worth. Because I know the process I quickly sent the info over and received their “auto reply” message. However a week later and not even a reply to my emails. All I want is for you folks to stop giving me extra bonuses and instead - Jus stop double charging me-you all have nothing receipts, charged right after each other and now I am in idle mode. Very fun game but HUGE bug makes it implayable
*EDIT* The problem was not fixed with the new update. The load screen still gets stuck at 22% and says “unable to connect to server.” I have contacted the developers on multiple occasions to either no response, or to be told to access the settings in game (which I can’t do because I get stuck on the load screen.) I’ve contacted them through both Facebook and email with no fix or to be completely ignored. Their customer service is atrocious.
I downloaded this game a few days ago and was instantly hooked. It had several things I have been looking for in a game. Several hours after downloading it, I connected the game to Facebook and was immediately booted from the game and upon restarting the game, the load screen was stuck at 22% and would not move. I contacted the Funky Bay Community on Facebook messenger and was told to go into the menu and report the bug.. issue is, I CAN’T get into the game to do this! I told them as much and have not gotten any further response. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, which worked but I lost all of my progress. After several hours, again I get booted and when I try to renter the game, it gets stuck on 23% and tells me it cannot connect to the server and to check my internet connection (which is fine, every other app requiring internet works fine.) I really love this game and have even spent real money on it, but the glitches are getting me very frustrated. The latest glitch happens if I close the app or am off it too long. I fill boat orders from the woman or one of the two men to eventually earn a gift of items to build the farm. If I close or leave the game dormant too long, it starts me over! I have lost so many this way that I can’t level up my barn, fulfill some of my orders, or even always cut down trees or dig up dead nectar flowers. Also, the game randomly closes sometimes, and I lose progress due to that also. I hope these are fixed soon, or I will have to limit my game play to the rare times I can play for several hours so I don’t waste resources. Otherwise, it’s a really fun game with cute characters, exciting quests, and an engaging setup.Show lessSilence Summers
NEW REVIEW, NOT SO GOOD. Good game, too hard to advance
UPDATE 14OCT19: I am very close to deleting this app. Ever since a recent update, the game has serious bugs that make continuing a waste of time and effort. The boat delivery board resets, if you leave the game. So, I stayed to finish out an entire string of orders. Then it crashed/reset on its own and I lost progress again. I have sent messages about this bug, even included screen shots and my email address for a reply. I have heard nothing back. Also, completing the special tasks, like getting rewards from the regatta, is near to impossible. One task requires that diamonds be used to buy trees for the silk moths. I guess they only cater to players, who have real money to waste on a dumb game. I’m beyond frustrated and mad!
I really enjoy farming games and this is fairly enjoyable. However, I am now at level 15, where many opportunities open up. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to accumulate enough coins to buy more land or complete orders to get stars to advance further. Once again, another “free” game that gets frustrating, unless you spend real money on offers.Show lessLefty21955

Also, many changes have been made in the latest versions of the game and we fixed the bug with rewards on the boat. This is a cute game. I love the concept, the characters, the tasks and games, the islands. But it is buggy, even glitchy. The market is full of items that are already sold, making it nearly useless. Many players have complained but there’s no response. The cost of items increasing as you move up levels is ridiculous. An apple tree should cost the same on every level. The in-game chat for neighbors works sporadically and is very limiting. The islands are cute and I love this separate game, but the cost to clear them is high. Again, complaints from everyone but silence from the developers. I’ve paid real money for them in the past, as I want to support the game. It’s at the point that I am not sure that I will give the game any more money until problems are fixed. And finally, the regatta. Fantastic concept, I love it and my neighborhood. But it needs an overhaul. The tasks are too low in points to make a serious run for placing in top 3, and this is after an update. So they made it harder. And there are teams, regularly from outside the United States, that rack up impossible points in the first few minutes of the race. It’s impossible, so something is going on. And again silence from the developers. I love this game but it needs attention, and the developers need to start communicating more than silly polls on their Facebook page.Show lessCherylStone

We changed many mechanics in the game, and also changed the points system in the regatta. Also, we changed the value of many items in the game, including trees. All I want to say is that I absolutely LOVE this game! Love it, love it, love it! The characters are adorable especially the one who comes each morning! Lots to do on here since I am in the beginning stages which keeps you busy, as a farming game should. For all the complaints about this game being too costly, all I can say is that all you really need is patience. Money can be earned by sales and you do get gems in achievements so what’s the fuss?
You have a gamer for life from me that’s for sure! Keep up the good work you guys! Just one suggestion....I play a lot of farming games and one thing is that wheat does not take this long to grow since it is a main source in making things.
