Huddle House
We took a trip to Kentucky, where there was a HH restaurant. I was looking forward to using discounts and enjoying the fair. We ate there several times during our trip...and as expected were delightfully fed😋😋😋🤜🤛Thank You!!! However...upon showing the app to the waitress...who did a great job as all the waitresses did, we were told..."They Didnt Participate" in the program. 😳😕🤨 What In The🤦♂️ There are no HH's where we live.....we flew 1200 miles to see family...the HH was Right Next to our hotel in Monticello...and they Didnt Participate in there OWN PROGRAM...😐😂😂😂😂😂😐🤔THAT is Ludicrous!!! Your app however is GREAT...it's just USELESS🤦♂️🤷🏽♂️
Upon reviewing the reviews, I see I'm not the only puzzled customer. When there, I asked the waitress about any tee shirts mugs or post cards they sold? She said they don't do that.😒😂😂😂😂staying true to form huh? I can understand CO's going Belly Up😕

Don’t do it - it’s a trap
It was my first time ordering from the Kmart version of Waffle House combined with Dennys and my last . First the restaurant was filthy and I mean dirty handprints all over the check out counter ( at least wipe that down ) - there are two btw so you have to walk to the one next to the showers not the front door. The employees walk right by you so be prepared to stop them when they get caught up - oh don’t forget to offer to massage the blonde cook with the Karen haircuts feet because that’s all she wants while working . Second everything , everything is microwaved- right down to my biscuit and my tater tot starter ( classy ) and food is ehh , below hospital cafeteria food - , save your money and go somewhere else and don’t waste your time

Huddle house app
App works fine but it's pointless to have rewards if u go to the restaurant and the system is constantly down over and over. Points aren't worth anything if you can't use them when you want to. So tried to use them yesterday morning system down again this morning they email me 20% off. What good are points when the system is down more often then up. Seems like the company doesn't really want you to use those points.I feel sorry for the waitresses who have to constantly tell customers they can't use their points the people in charge of this system should have to go to restaurants and be the one to tell people the system is down.

Rude lazy and smelly employees
Are used to come here to three times a week. But after today’s experience, I will never be back second time I placed the order online when I got there they didn’t have the order. They are not checking the online order machine so when I asked for a refund I was told by some 16-year-old who doesn’t even work there who’s helping mommy on the job that I didn’t need to be so GD rude. I said excuse me I’m not being rude for asking for a refund. I just don’t have time to wait but you’re rude and this girl doesn’t work for Huddle House. She shouldn’t even be in the back room also, her mother. Year smelt like sweaty dirty female underwear either her clothes were dirty or she they both were rude and stinky I will never be back I don’t know what happened to the good help you but these guys and they’re not doing their job they’re hiding and playing in the back. Check the online machine otherwise don’t offer the SERVICE! Because of a rude teenager, you Lost my business .

App does not work
Why did this company put out an app? Nothing works. Most locations are not on the app. So you can’t order with the app. The servers and managers don’t know how to use the app for coupons and rewards. You can’t use rewards when ordering with the app. There is no way to add receipts for purchases made in store. I signed up for the app in a store with ads on the table telling you to sign up. I even received a 25% off coupon, but I couldn’t use it lol. Who made this app? Please hit yourself with a brick.

Why offer a service you don’t have
Visit in the huddle House in Laurel, Mississippi, and when I placed my order in the app I opted for the curbside delivery. After waiting a little over 10 minutes from what my order was supposed to be completed, I called into the store and was told that we don’t offer that service. Keep in mind I’m not feeling my best, so that was the reason for me to app for the curbside delivery option. So when I inquired about a refund of my money, I was told that I would have to do it through the app. But the app don’t offer a refund option. So now everybody expected me to be home because that was almost $40 that I spent for food for myself and my daughter that Hass to leave in a bit because she has has to be at drill for the military and a couple hours and she has a 2 Hour drive. So when I contacted customer service I’m told it’s gonna take 42 to 72 hours for someone to call me back regarding a refund. This is the worst service that I ever had. And I would never go back to Huddle House in Laurel Mississippi.

I have stopped in the HUDDLE HOUSE several times in the past few years, never have I ever had a bad experience! It may just be the one in my area don’t know but keep up the amazing job.

Need to fix problems
Servers do not know how to use the app for rewards or discounts. My in store purchases are rarely linked to my account. There is no way to add missing receipts after the visit. The check in function does not work. I would love to use the app like I do at multiple other restaurants, but it just does not work.

Supply Chain Adjustment?
Ridiculous prices for such a dirty restaurant, including almost $3 just for coffee. They don’t bother picking up used napkins off the floor and instead stand around gossiping about customers. The greedy sleazeballs even sneak in an extra “supply chain adjustment” fee on the receipt with no warning, as if they are the only ones around who have run into cost increases, assuming they even have. I’m amazed they’re still in business.

Not able to use coupons
I was thrilled to use the app, but very disappointed when I was allowed to use the coupons. And they didn’t advise prior to charging the card - so that the 20%could be used in Lieu of the coupons.
Also my order was incorrect and they charge the $1.00 take out fee.
Other than that, food was delicious.
