App is fine, service wasn’t.
Apparently you need to add a feature to alert the staff someone has arrived for their curbside order. I sat outside for 5-10 minutes before I gave in and went inside, to stand at the counter being ignored another 5. It was only when I essentially grabbed a server to ask about my order she says, “Oh, I didn’t know that was curbside.” Really? 🤨

Very Bad Service
I ordered a curbside order online. Arrived at the Paragould store at the time my order was to be ready. I called to let them know I was there said it would be ten minutes. After 15 I called again with no one answering the phone. I went inside to be told it would be another 10 min. After another 15 minutes I walked back in to see my order sitting bagged up. I got home with it and it was cold and incomplete. Now I try to send a review and takes another 30 minutes to come up with a nickname in order to send the review.

Good service and food
There was price difference in the app total than what was actually charged to my credit card. $1.70 was charged extra. Not a big deal but I was over charged according to what the application said was owed. No other complaints other than that
Never order online again
Ordered online from the app and picked it up at ocilla road location .ordered pancakes for me and my son and hubby got the loaded hashbrown and a coffee,lemonade and tea. Went to go pick it up and they told hubby they can’t pull up receipt and see drinks when I clearly have it in my receipt so instead of saying I’m sorry let me get those drinks they made a comment It is what it is!!!! Excuse me , I will never go back here

Never going back
Literally the worst service, waited over an hour for my order. And when I did get my Order they didn’t give me all of it waited longer and got tired of waiting so I left with out the rest of my food. Not mention they gave us little kid cups. Or the hour we spent calling them and nobody would answer the phone so we had to order online. Also when I walked to the door to ask about the rest of my food you could hear the lady that was cooking screaming. And the guy that kept coming to the door needs lessons on customer service.

Disgruntle employee
I have always liked Huddle House in Farmington Mo but this morning we ordered online since my wife still didn’t feel comfortable dining in so waiting for my food the older blonde/gray haired worker was just complaining to one costumer that if all these call ins want to eat then they should come in, she should quit or stop making a scene plus I had to wait an extra twenty minutes

Waste of time.
I hate writing reviews like this but it’s needed for others. What good is a semi functional app when the dang restaurant can’t seem to get the order or at least claim they didn’t get it an hour after it was supposed to be done and we are sitting in the pick up location in the vehicle described. After going in and waiting..... finally getting asked if they could help, duh yeah not just standing here coz my feet were bored, they claim they didn’t have any orders. Though the receipt I had from this worthless app showed the order and they were paid. Never go to Huddle House again, a t least this location until the idiots get a new manager or they have to close down.

Can't add receipts to rewards balance!
The app and rewards are good ideas but our local Huddle House personnel do NOT know how to put in your rewards number so you get credit!! They claim they've never been trained. That would be okay IF there was a way for ME to add the receipt like chikfila does... I love the food, I love the staff, but the only way I can ever get points is if I order ahead which doesn't let me get waited upon

New crew -no clue
Ordered off of the app for curbside service which we do at least three times a month. Waited in parking lot for 10 minutes. No one came so my husband went in and seen a bag just sitting on the table. So he asked the waitress if that was our order and she said i dont know! So he went and grabbed it and she was so insulted by the fact that we wanted our food which they were supposed to bring to us!! There were three inside customers, so they were not so busy that they could not bring our food when it was done. Very disappointed with the service.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup. I always use my app to place orders. Pick up time was 10:57. I get there at 11, give them 5 minutes more because the parking lot was pretty full. Call the restaurant at 11:06: advised I was there for my order. Danica thanks me for letting her know, gets my car description and location and tells me it was ready and will be right out. At 11:22, I walked in (in pjs and a mask because I wasn’t feeling well, which is why I ordered curbside) to everyone standing there talking and laughing. I advised I had been waiting on my curbside order for a while. She looks at the order that was sitting in front of her, confirming it’s mine and hands it me. I drive the 2 1/2 minutes home and opened my order: COLD rubbery eggs and ham jerky. I swear it was sliced and cooked to jerky! Now I frequent this restaurant a lot. They usually do fairly well, with a few bad days... understandable. This was NOT acceptable food or service.
