Waited 50 mins, no food

The location in Rincon has horrible service. I order online, curbside. No one answered the phone when I got here. I waited longer to pick up my food and it still was not ready. I wait 50 minutes for my food for them to tell me that they did not have Turkey sausage. They could have called me, like they did before to tell me that. We do not eat pork. I asked for chicken, she said it would be an up charge...? What happened to customer courtesy? The I asked for a refund and they did not have a manager there or anyone who knew how to do it. I had to give them
my order number and HOPE that this unorganized place actually process the refund. Never again, this place has went downhill and the last few times I’ve been there, it’s been horrible service. I’m Completely done!

Works great.

The app works great and is easy to use. Only problems I have with it are that there is no option for reporting severe allergies and no option to just add eggs. (Tip if you are using the app and are manly just wanting extra eggs to go with your main order, the cheapest way to do that is the deal section on the bottom right, unless you want an omelette that is.)

Great Ideal Poor Delivery

I placed an order through the app . I was disappointed very much food was cold and disheveled around in package . Also the portion for sides is horrible for the cost . I won’t do this again . Especially if it the same price as eating in restaurant . I also had to call after the app said it was ready .
I think the restaurant is to busy to handle details regarding pick up or curb side .

App is easy to navigate!

They just built a new Huddle House in my hometown and I decided to give the app a go. This app is easy to navigate and serves it purpose well.

Family Meal 2 Go

I have used the curbside pickup a few times this year and haven’t encountered any mishaps. The staff will call if they need clarification of my order and it’s usually done before the estimated time.

Late Order, wrong order, Cold Food

Ordered meal at 0945 with curbside pick up
At 10:00. Good never came out, went inside because I only had pajamas and food was sitting up there getting cold, while a number of employees were available. Got back to my car still in pajamas and was missing an item. Back in and to get the item, no apologies, meal credits, not sure if it be used of my race or are they sorry hosts!!! Finally received full order at 10:30. Made it home and everything is cold and soggy! love to speak with management!

Good every time, but beware if curbside

We frequently visit the Shelbyville, TN location when in town and always have a great meal at a reasonable price. The restaurant is well kept. However, we have ordered curbside twice lately when a lady manager is there late at night, and our food was not brought out to us. I complained and all I got was sorry ma’am! When the guy manager is in duty everything runs smoothly.

Forgot some of our food & didn’t bring it curbside

I ordered through the app & curbside service. 20 minutes after the order said it was ready they had not brought it out. I went in to get to get it & they said they bring it out if we call to ask that. The food was barely warm & we paid for a 5 star chili to which was left off the order. The grill cheese had bacon on it that was not ordered & the baked potato had bacon in it that also was not ordered. I expect to be reimbursed or something in exchange for such a terrible experience. The breakfast part of the order was correct & tasted good other than being barely warm.

What good is missing food and cold food

Ordered through app. Missing waffles on entire order. Missing second order all together. Are I called to inform them I was missing 3 waffles they still only made 2. The excuse the second phone lady said was she didn’t take the first call. The original egg breakfast is now cold 30 minutes later.

Curbside Pick-up

My gripe since I downloaded this app is that, the ordering process is loaded and choices for either pickup or curbside pickup is not working at the Restaurant of my choice. Twice in two straight days I requested curbside pickup and waited 20-30 minutes after my scheduled time to be there. Not enough workers or COVID-19 fear?
