Clunky app. Missing menu items
App is pretty terribly designed to start with. Menu is only one sheet in restaurant, but designer felt the need to break it into weird tabs that are totally unnecessary and confusing. Missing basic menu items like oatmeal, so we always have to drive to store and place carryout order instead of ordering ahead. Plenty of bad feedback on the other issues that haven’t been addressed already, so it would seem they don’t really care how awful this experience is for the customer. Time to find somewhere else for my weekend breakfast orders.

Menu items missing
this app does not have the full menu. There are a lot of menu items that are missing on the app. I have to call and place an order to be able to order certain things, which negates the purpose of having an app. Also, formatting and other things are inefficient. This app needs to be redesigned and updated with all the menu items.

Missing food items
There’s not much good in an app that doesn’t include all food items - including side items like biscuits & gravy and other main food items like the salmon with poached eggs. Certain sides cannot be ordered because either not listed or they want a selection that is not available to the side menu. Very worthless app. A company like First Watch should get to improving their app for more improved business.

Never works correctly
I love First Watch. I hate this app. The menu is normally correct, but other than that it has never worked correctly for me. I always have to call the restaurant to place my order. Save yourself time and headache and don’t try to order anything through this app.
I tried the Get in line and it didn’t work?
It’s Mother’s Day and all of the first watch are at least an hour- two hours wait which is undetectable. One of the places we called recommend to use the get in line feature on their app just due to the influx of people. I use it and my boyfriend receive a text message saying to check in at the front. We get there and goes to check in and they don’t even have our info. They told us that wasn’t even the correct location? Also check his email just in case so we can proved we did it but they didn’t even send a confirmation text. I do agree with that person above that this app is horrible. Food is great but this app is no bueno

App doesn’t work properly when you Re-order
Your app for the iPhone does not retain credit card data when you try to re-order from a previous order. If you place a new order, the app works, and populates your credit card data. If you try to re-order, it doesn’t, and you have to re-enter your credit card data. It has done this for several months, years. Please fix it.

Can’t use gift card
What a dumb website and app both. Can’t check out with gift card. When I try to add gift card the app freezes. On the app don’t even see an option to check out with gift card. Waste of time to order on phone and pick up in person than stand inline to pay with gift card in store. That means: garbage app is being deleted.

Weird app, autofill doesn’t for some bizarre reason
Come on guys, it feels like whoever made this app has never used an iphone app before. I can use Apple Pay at the restaurant, why not in the app? And why is autofill disabled? Nobody types their information manually, especially payment information. And if I’ve made a mistake filling out the payment info, why do i only get a validation message when clicking “Cancel” and the “Save” button just doesn’t do anything? Weird experience all around.

Worst Online Ordering Feature.
Just simply tried to order some food online. Even downloaded this terrible app just to get an order. Even after checking multiple pieces of info on my payment methods and switching to new ones, I still couldn’t order a single thing off of their site. Terrible design. Finding food elsewhere that actually has it together.

Requires significant functional updates
I have been eating at first watch for over three years. The original app preserved my profile and my location. Now, the app defaults to the city I lived in 3 years ago and my profile has to be reentered each time I want to get in line.
