  • Thx I have more ideas

Ok thank you for making the idea of limited time dragons into new events because I love the design of the new ones, I have more ideas though, I finished the star quest rewards and now It feels pointless to do those quests. It was fun finding all the ways to get stars but now I’m done and want more :). Another idea was if you could make more land in our camps, not only am I almost done but I also am running out of space and when you get enough dragon power, it’s only worth getting new dragons and there tiers. My last idea was to make a new land to the game, I thought of calling it galaxy request. How it works is your assigned a request to do by the galaxy fairy, and once your assigned a task, you go play some levels, what levels? Well, you choose what 3 dragons you want on your team and go to a alternate land, it’s randomized on where you go. You fight Zomblins and more new creatures I call Spidertons,( a spider and skeleton combined). Has the legs of a spider but a boney body, it also has a skeleton body, arms, and head. Once you finish the 3 quests, you get a random dragon egg and a level 1 galaxy fairy dragon, (tier 2 is solar pixie dragon). And thank you, I love your game. And keep up the good work :) :]

  • Game is fun but charging way too much

I’ve had this game for a little while and downloaded it without reading the reviews. The premise of the game is you merge until you create a “wonder”. Now the downside to this game... if you harvest from objects you can sometimes get a dragon chest. In order to open the dragon chest you have to have gems. You have to pay to have gems or you can happen upon them by merging stars and they appear every once in a blue moon. Now since playing this game I’ve harvested over 300 dragon chests. They take up a ridiculous amount of space. Unlike other free game platforms where if you don’t want to pay you have to wait for something to become available you are now just stuck with them in your camp. You can however sell them but what was the point of building a wonder (which is the highest merge of the game and it takes forever to do in camp) if you are rewarded with things that you have to pay for. Game developers please fix this and I will write a better review.

EDIT: they have added more to the game since I wrote this review years ago. I will say that the dragons tend to harvest more dragon chests than I can keep up with so clean up in camp is annoying especially since they require dragon gems to open them. They have also added more events and levels as well. Overall a nice game to play

  • Best Game Ever

I have been playing this game for a few years, love all the little missions & events that are always happening, there are always different events & it really keeps the game to be entertaining! I LOVE all the different eggs, love how there are always new eggs added to the game! I can’t even remember how much money I have spent to on gems, but buying the gems makes the game even more interesting and keeps everything moving together. The only thing I wish that could change a little bit is the prices of the gems, they can kinda get expensive. Wish the game would reward its players for staying with the game? Maybe every year on the anniversary of the player there could be a gift either in gems, money or be rewarded with an expensive gem that you can only get depending on how many years players have been with game & how frequently the players play the game?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME, I WILL NEVER STOP PLAYING THIS GAME!! Thank you guys so much, for making such a great game, thank you for keeping this game entertaining and always changing to make things interesting. I love this game and I will play it for years to come but I know I’m not the only one who says that all the players say it because this is just a great game. Thank you.

Take care & keep making this game great!!

  • A Little Too Addicting

I play phone games pretty casually, but there was something about Merge!Dragons that had me looking at the time and realizing the whole day had passed playing this game. I would spend entire weekends playing the special events. My entire work break would be spent glued to my phone. I absolutely loved this game. It got to the point, though, I started noticing my neck was getting stiff from looking down at my phone all the time. I wasn’t socializing as much, either. I was so addicted, it took me 6 months to finally remove it from my home screen out of pure necessity. By that time, I had already started working with a chiropractor about neck pain and restoring mobility. My back began to hurt as well. I was applying muscle relief gel to my neck and back 3x a day for 2 months. Had to get X-Rays and an MRI to rule out nerve damage. Now I see a physical therapist to strengthen back and neck muscles that had weakened due to (you guessed it) excessive phone use. My spine had partially straightened as well from looking down too often. I still have to do exercises to this day.

All this to say, MergeDragons!: 5 stars

  • Fun but money grubbing

The game is really fun to play. I love getting all the cute dragons and merging all kinds of objects to see what the next thing is. The graphics are really cute and really well detailed. My main complaint is every time you turn around they’re trying to get you to spend money. I know apps have to make money but this one feels like it’s asking you for money with nearly every action. Did you merge a higher level thing? Spend money to get an extra one. Do you want a turn at a game where you can win a lot of prizes? Pay for every attempt. Is something interesting floating by your screen? Tap on it and then pay money to see what it is. Oh look a new feature, oh never mind you have to pay to play it. Hey, you haven’t spent any money in a while, let’s pop up with a “deal” for you to spend money. Did you get a bonus? Paid to double it. oh, hey, you didn’t spend any money on this event. Are you sure you don’t wanna spend money? Click this to spend money. Oh, you clicked away. Are you sure that you’re sure that you’re REALLY SURE that you don’t wanna spend any money?

Again, I don’t mind spending some money on a game. It’s a business. I get it. But in this game it feels like they are just trying to milk you at every turn.

  • Dragons newly falling asleep

Why since the update is it glitchy and freezes periodically and my dragons stay asleep. I’ve played for over a yr and had gotten so many dragons and upgraded them so high that I always played for hours a day and never had to wait on dragons to rest. I should’ve come and left it a 5 star review when it was great cause it was GREAT. Ppl saying you have to pay or saying it’s slow…. You just have to get past the young dragon phase at the beginning of the game. Lasted a few days of gaming for me. Once they’re adults and you have a lot of them, they were always awake, and I never spent a dime. NOW these things need to sleep after about 20 minutes of playing. I thought maybe it was just me or I’d merged so many dragons that I didn’t have as many or something. But I asked my friend and she said hers are constantly sleeping now too, and she was wondering the same thing! So I’m directly asking the developers that love to ignore large parts of reviews and not respond to the rest, to respond directly and only to this question: did you make the dragons require more sleep in the previous updates, yes or no? No “contact us at blah blah and we’ll work with you” or “I’m sorry, we don’t see an account under that name”. No. I asked a simple question. I’d like a simple answer, but I’ll prolly be ignored.

  • Playing this game for a year and a half and……

Love it. What helped me was watching tips from other users. I do see where people are commenting that you are “forced to purchase items”. That is not true. Sure you can but it’s not required. You can earn items by playing levels. If you finish playing the level go back and play again. Once you complete that level 3x you will get a chest sent to camp. You don’t have to stop there. Go back and play that level 5 more times and you get an egg sent to camp. Then complete that level 9 more times and a nest of eggs go back to your camp. During the completion of the level you may get a purple star. Only tap the purple star once and collect the diamond that was released. If you leave the purple star that is left when you complete the level you will be able to send the purple diamond back to camp. This does not work with the yellow stars I just merge them and get a larger yellow star and a chest. If you collect the purple star after you finish the level (it will be in the items you can send to camp and show as “Free”) and keep collecting the purple stars in your camp you can then merge for a bigger payout.

I do agree with the inability to prevent chain reactions in the levels and the events and they scrolling very far on your screen. It’s a pain but doesn’t prevent me from winning all of the items and completing the quests so I get additional items sent to my camp. I am not a fan of playing games but this game has me hooked.

  • Awesome game Great for stress and anxiety

I love this game!!! It’s got lots to do without getting too overwhelming and it gives me something to focus on when I’m stressed. It doesn’t force you to play with other people if you don’t want too like most games and it doesn’t force you to spend money. If you do end up spending a little most of the time you get a pretty good deal. I also love how you don’t have to go on quests or play the events, if I’m in one of my shut down mood I can just come and clean up my camp or play with the dust bunny’s. The events are mostly fun, a little stressful for me sometimes so I’ll skip it if I don’t feel like doing it and I don’t have to worry about it being the last time I see them cause they’ll come around again. It’s one of my favorite merge games!!!

I only have 2 things I wish were different and they’re not even huge it would just make it a lot easier for me. The main one is the friends area, I wish they had a little sign or something that says they’ve been inactive or stopped playing kinda thing. It makes it hard to send presents and it would be nice to be able to delete friends. The second is in the camp, I wish I had an option to either store stuff or an option to make stuff into the bubbles without waiting for my camp to be too full.

Other than that totally awesome game!!! I would totally recommend you at least try it, it can be a lot of fun!!!!

  • Very fun!

This game is way more fun than you’d think it would be and there’s strategy involved as well. You can manage growth even if you don’t spend which isn’t something you can say for many games these days. I can’t say enough good things about this game and the developers as a whole. Their customer support is very friendly and attentive as well. Just download it and enjoy!

*Edit* I just happened to read some of the reviews and wow, some people just aren’t aware of all the ways this game addresses things they complain about. Gems? There are ways to earn gems pretty easily and you’d never have to spend a dime. People just don’t seem to realize that every star has a 5% chance of being a dragon star and that they should merge them up. So you can literally farm gems for free. Storage? You can bubble items. Selling high level items by mistake? Enable the “tap confirm” option that already exists. Events too tedious? Don’t do them, you don’t have to. Didn’t collect event items? The event lasts three days - set a timer. If you don’t know all the ins and outs of the game and think you have to spend money or find it difficult to grow, join the official Discord for tons of tips and advice!

  • Enjoying BUT…

Latest issue: I am having issues with creation 62 mini-game located i the camp. I was at 11 our of 13 for life orbs and then it went down to 3. When I hit 5 it went back to 1. I am not even given the option to skip. It’s getting frustrating. When you have problems, there is no way on the app to contact the developers ESPECIALLY when your purple diamonds purchased suddenly was at 4K and goes down by 50. It happened to me just this morning. I paid $99 for the big package last night before quitting and and woke up this 50 less diamonds. I always screen shot my games when I’m about to quit (learned my lesson with other games).

Great game, very interesting. I hate tho that it takes forever to get chalices and that it takes 4 chalices to play a level. 1 hr to refill? Really? I think developers better change that or they will losers players quick and become history like FarmVille did. Also, more options for the coins need to be in the so called “shop” because my coins is always full yet there is nothing for me to buy in their “shop” . DEVELOPERS DO SOMETHING! I’d give a 5-star rating if not for all the issues.
