I'd love to know what's happening to one of my favorite health apps, because ever since the latest update I can't even get into the app! It's very upsetting and I pray it can be fixed again soon so I can get into it, I've already tried a reinstall but nothing and the app opens up and you can cycle through the start of the app but can't get passed the sign in page, so I'm not sure if Apple has updated something with their new Software that's not allowing you to use it or what the issue is but I've never had any issues until this so please let users know something or I could be the only one with an issue I'm just not sure ### 5/5 — Health Dashboard *2025-02-04* I'd love to know what's happening to one of my favorite health apps, because ever since the latest update I can't even get into the app! After I rebooted the phone, got through the introductory pages, and used my Apple ID to sign in, it kept reloading to the sign in page. I deleted the app since it was no longer useful. A shame really, I spent a lot of time uploading my medical records/history from the last 8 years. I’m not wanting to do that again. ### 2/5 — Has potential but there are issues *2024-09-22, version 2.3.1* It's an interesting app that competes with others in this space, such as Gentler and Athlytic. In vomparison with these apps, it offers more detailed analysis although I'm not sure what value this is bringing.. The interface can be confusing, the app tends to crash, and the longevity score seems bugged, at least for me. Also concerning is that the analysis leads you to numerous products for purchase; not sure what that's all about anyway, As I said, it's an interesting app, but it needs work and I'm not sure if I would end up replacing any of its competitors for this. (One more note, the myriad of five star reviews are highly suspicious. That's very much offputting to me.) ### 5/5 — Great start *2024-08-03, version 2.2.2* the app provides a comprehensive level of analysis above apple health, which is awesome. i love the journeys feature (even though there are only two right now) because they actually help me improve my metrics (rhr, hrv, etc) instead of most apps like whoop which simply provide analysis. with that being said, i’m looking forward to more features in the app that are planned, particularly social features and more journeys! ### 5/5 — Great app *2024-07-29, version 2.2.2* I always feel like 121 can show me something I can do that can improve my health. I noticed that my step asymmetry was off and it was because I was favoring it me if my legs so it was pretty cool to actually see that in the data. ### 5/5 — Great app that integrates my health data in one place and provides analysis *2024-07-28, version 2.2.2* I’m always looking for ways to increase my quality of life and longevity. There are a lot of apps out there that track sleep and exercise. But none of them integrate the data, analyze it, provide specific feedback and relevant content. This is a relatively new app but is promising as it adds additional functionality and personal test results (including my blood test results from Quest Diagnostics, UCLA Health, cedar Sinai, etc). ### 5/5 — All in one - bespoke health integration *2024-07-25, version 2.2.2* For a while I have been using my apple watch with the Apple Health App and the Oura Ring to better monitor my exercise (mostly mountain bike riding) and my sleep and struggled with using both separately. The 121 App integrates all my health data and also allows me to understand the implications clearly and have projections on my life expectancy which I find very clever as a motivational tool…kudos to that. I also like the research topics that appear and as I understand are bespoke to my life patterns. I am really looking forward to see how it develops and further integrates data and lifestyle …incredibly promising! ### 5/5 — Innovative take on a health app *2024-07-19, version 2.2.2* - Great UI - My Apple Watch by itself doesn’t tell me most of the data that I see on this app - Solid visuals for data Bottom line - if you care about your health and like seeing how your body is performing, then this is a no brainer. It tells me a lot of information that I wouldn’t otherwise get in a very simple and easy to understand way which I love about it. ### 5/5 — Steps journey *2024-07-19, version 2.2.2* The steps journey is fun!
