They give no clarity on refund and changes in flight before purchasing the ticket.
After the ticket is purchased, they say you cannot make changes! Either you take the flight or loose the money.

Been using this ap for while now. I’m from the uk and every time I’m here in Pakistan I use this ap to book all My coach travels.
Safe to to use your uk bank cards and so far have never had a problem With the bookings. The tickets have always been there on the system upon collection.

Plz donot use this service they wont refund you incase of bus drop they send you credit in their app
They wont send refund back to your card or bank instead they give u credit within their app…
You have to spend more money to buy ticket physically incase of online booked bus is dropped

A total scam
I am writing this comment in total honesty, these guys send you a text that they will refund you if you miss the bus, don't fall for that, they won't. Also when I showed up for the bus they didn't even have my booking, Do not trust these scammers with your money!!

They don’t respond to call after booking. Please avoid booking through this
First and Last time
Making your bookings online may work smooth abroad but this was a horrendous experience for me. Downloaded this app to try it out and guess what? I missed my flight, lost money, got dragged for weeks for my refund and most of all got ridiculed at the hands of their customer care reps.
Never again. Save yourself the trauma everyone.
