App doesn’t even work
I can’t even book a desk. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling like 10 times. Clicking the book desk button just dismisses itself. Can’t follow my works policies - oh well
Frustrated
I have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it just to be able to book a desk. Clicking on book doesn’t do anything until I reinstall the app every single time this is not a hard to develop. Come on.
Bad
Completely useless. Every couple of days it stops working for whatever reason and the only way to fix it is by logging out and logging back in.
It would be nice if they could add push notifications so you don’t forget to check in.

Good but buggy
I like this app, the functionality when it works is great. Yet again, installed and the buttons to book a room or book a desk don’t work.

Work app for booking clinic rooms
Makes life much easier , I can see at a glance where I’m booked into and know whether I need to book a room somewhere. Fabulous app much needed!
Remembers the floor
I actually prefer the app to the website version as it remembers the floor/building used before where as the website you have to select the building, then the floor each time before a desk booking can be made.
Book a week in advance
I like being able to ensure my desk/seat is ready when I arrive at the office. We should be able to reserve our desks/seats a week in advance, as well as change the reservation times after booking. For instance, I came in an hour early today, but was unable to change my reservation time to 7am. There need not be such restrictions in place.

Bricks after logging out
Can’t log out and then attempt to log in again. It will always ask to create an account and does not recognize your current account after successfully signing in with SSO.
Have to delete constantly
To make a booking I have to delete the app and reinstall it! Have to do these every few days!
