My friend took part in a promotion event. When she wanted to get a prize, it always shows that the Internet is busy. My friend has done the promotion for the app (invited 20 new friends to download the app), she should get the prize. I hate this kind of fraud

Broken product, no effective customer service
The item I bought was broken. The customer service said they will send me the return shipping info but I never received it. I followed up 4 times wasting couple of hours, every time they repeated that they will send out the return info only that they never did. I ended up wasting numerous hours and losing money on a broken product. Stay away from this online shopping app.
