I used this platform to apply for a driver's license renewal. I was induced to add their WeChat account and provide my personal information. They then told me that my photos were unqualified and that they could not process my application on my behalf. Later, I went to a photo studio, and the photographer, based on their personal experience, believed the photos were fine and suggested that I go directly to the official service hall in person to handle the renewal. When I went to the official service hall, I encountered none of the issues the platform had mentioned. However, this platform had already charged me a service fee of 120 RMB.
