Please fix the problems that are going on. I’ve written about my grandson’s iPad mini and my iPad. Both have lost everything that I pumped money into. I would appreciate getting my fish and ponds back and revived. I had two ponds on the mini and 7 on my iPad. If you can’t repair it or refuse to, please reimburse my PayPal account. All of it.

Crashed and burned
Developer never ever replies to emails. No matter how serious you will not get a reply. The app was dead for over a week resulting in 166 of my mostly very rare fish being dead when the game finally loaded up again. Obviously not my fault I couldn’t keep the fish going so it is the developers responsibility to revive the fish rather than me pay for each one to be revived but my emails haven’t had a reply and a week later my fish are still dead. UPDATE: Apparently the app is connecting to the server (miracle?) My fish were all dead. Cost me all of my coins & had to buy more to revive them. I wouldn’t mind it if the developer WOULD UPDATE THIS APP!!! Seriously! A bit of compensation would be nice! :/ really disappointed. (Original)-My fish are going to die. I can’t get into my account. Dead Fish
My fish are dead now, all because y’all’s server was down and I couldn’t get into the app. I can’t afford to revive them because it’s so hard to get koins. I am not happy.NerdyGymCoach

Ok, what happened to this app. I have been using it for a long time. Now, all of a sudden, the app won’t connect to the servers at all! I have it on three different devices and none of them run any more. Since I still see it available here maybe it is just broken. Nice job!
Addendum: So here we go. The server is back up. All of my very rare fish are dead and you are wanting a ton of money to revive them. This is your fault not mine so why am I being charged so much to get back to where I was. You had better correct this or I for one will be dumping your app forever!Show lessMark Shermer

This is unacceptable and the developers need provide free revives to everyone asap.
Also, a minor bug, the backgrounds of the unlocked views have been broken for a very long time. Look at the screen prints in the app store, compared to what the app does.dutyhtdyjryjryyrj

Cannot connect to server
Been playing and enjoying this months. Updated to iOS11.3 and now it will no longer connect to server. Very frustrating.York54
