I want all my money back!

I downloaded this app then had to register to use the temporary format. I didn’t want to continue to pay for it, but anytime I want to use my Apple account it “auto drafts” the payment. 🤬 I do not use it and there for I DO NOT want to pay!!!

Very Useful

Really helpful app to keep track of mine and my wife’s moles. Tells us when to take new photos and helps us see if anything is changing.

No reversible camera

You can’t turn the camera around to take a picture and other than by eye I have no idea how to compare the moles. It keeps prompting me to pay.

Questionable value

If there is no medical expertise that can be accessed through the app, then I'm not sure there's great value in it. Any phone can capture and store photos. It's this Instagram for skin lesions?

Hi there The app is created to take close-up mole photos (with extra light if you need to), you can pinpoint the spot on the in-app body figure, you can keep the photos separated from your other photos and get reminders to follow up. So it makes it easier to be proactive about your skin than using your camera app. We don't give any feedback or return any kind of result whether our users' photos show any signs of melanoma, skin cancer or any other condition, because we think you should contact your doctor / certified healthcare provider for an in-person check up if you have any concerns. Great for what it does but...

I wish there was an option to evaluate the mole.

Hi Ally, Thanks for the kind words about the app! Unfortunately, I have to disappoint you about the option of getting an evaluation on a mole. We think it is best to go to a doctor or another healthcare provider if you want to get an assessment of your moles and skin. The doctor will probably want to ask additional questions, touch the mole and look at it from different angles to have the best chances of making the correct diagnosis. Although a picture may be worth 1000 words it takes more to make a correct diagnosis. It is always best to go to a physical location to get your skin checked for skin cancer. Sincerely, Daniel T. Notes arent great

Cant see the notes when you type them until they are saved.

Hi I'm sorry that you have had problems with the note feature. Our app is tested extensively and we have not come across this issue before. So we really need your help in figuring out what went wrong. Can you email me at support@miiskin.com with info on which iPhone (iPhone 5, 6 etc.?) you use with the Miiskin app?
