Useless app ever
There should be way to contact customer service via app.
Option to change user
Users should be able to erase/change userID from app and log into a different account instead of having to uninstall and reinstall everything the user wants to log in using a different mBOB account.
Useful for business owners with own savings account plus business current account looking to carry out personal vs business transactions.

My Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my request that is;
1. while we Transfer fund to Beneficiary Account, it would be more convenient and confirmative if along with Beneficiary Name and Particular Account is shown.
For Example: Dorji (1010XXXXX)
2. It would be much better if there is option for the mBoB users to view, edit and delete the Beneficiary list.
I may be wrong and if so I am sorry but these two are my suggestions for further enhancement if mBoB Apps.

Update v3 issues
Please check before releasing updates.. all fonts canβt be seen now for some reason after I updated to latest version.
A monthly account fee for nothing
A monthly service fee of nu 10 is applied to account whether or not you have active monthly transactions. As far as the account fee is concerned, the mbob service is terrible and it can go down anytime of the day or month without warning!
