STOP STEALING MONEY FROM ME!!
I’ve been playing this game since December 2020. I reached level 62 and have spent a lot of money on the game. A month ago I had to cancel my subscription and made the decision to not spend anymore real money on the game. 2 days ago a payment was made from my account, I did not make the purchase so I requested a refund. The refund was granted but I was banned from the game as a result. This is not the first time they have done this, there are quite a few people on the Facebook group that have also been banned for requesting a refund. I’m sorry it came to this but I was not at fault and I should not have been banned.
