Updating personal information
Everything was easy until I had to update my personal information, address and CC data. Entered both in multiple times only to have the app default to original data!! It’s is three addresses before! Frustrating!
Lilly of valley vase
Received in the mail , pitchere I would like a replacement. The box was not labeled. Fragile or glass. I would like a return label and feel I should not have to pay for return if you want a schattered piece returned. The glasses were probably wrapped and marked fragel no problem there. A very beautiful set. Please help with this situation. If you would like pictures of box that can be arranged. Thank you Debra Kurman.

BENITA help me place my order. She was super patient and happy to help. We called earlier to ask about the dimensions of a bed frame and the gentleman was also really friendly and helpful. PB always has wonderful products but their customer service is even better ! Today I really needed assistance and exact details. These two awesome PB customer service people us were the best!👍🏻❤️

Crashes constantly
The app is beautiful and aid love to use it however it crashes every time I try to use it. Occasionally prior to that it will stay open long enough for me to try to log in - sends an ‘Oops something went wrong’ message and crashes.
Never recognizes my log in even with Face ID.
Same crashing and ‘oops something went wrong’ message with the West Elm App. Frustrating. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Crashes Constantly…
I just followed the prompt from pottery barn’s web site to install it. I installed it. I’ve managed to add one duvet cover and a couple of pillow shams to my shopping cart, but the app constantly crashes and I have to re-open it and start over again each time it does. Not a good thing to push out to end users if you want them to actually spend money.

Not good
Search filter is completely useless. Tried to filter a search and kept getting zero or nearly zero search results in app whereas the same filters would have dozens of (accurately) results on the website. I just downloaded this two days ago and am about to delete it already.
