Their team is working hard to address issues and they always want to assure you that they truly appreciate your support. When you call their customer service to complain you can always get a reasonable answer and resolution. And that makes me really like Fantuan App, job Fantuan. The best Asian food delivery company. I'm getting tones of Chinese scam phone calls ever since I subscribed to this
I have filed a complaint against Fuantuan to CRTC, I invite you to do the same.
I got called me multiple times in a day, saying in Chinese that I have a DHL packages to be picked up. It calls me from Toronto, Manitoba, all around Canada. They basically sold my personal information right after I'm registered. I am not registered with any other chinese delivery service, nor provide this phone number to any other chinese speaking platform. This is the only company that operates in Canada and also in Chinese.Show lesspamjiji

Bought a VIP for one month but just found this could only have me a 2.99 delivery fee discount per order. The delivery fee itself, could be 13+ usd for 10 miles delivery. So what's the meaning of your VIP???????? That's is so expensive!!! Also, the delivery fee did not goes to the drivers at all and you driver just asking tips rudely. They said that I only offered a 10% tips and I am so cheap. If you have such an expensive delivery fee, why do we customers pay the tips for drivers? Come on Fantuan, look at how Doordash and Recipo run their business. The only reason to choose Fantuan is that you are the only one in Seattle. Disappointed.Show lesslyx7

To finally find the app as I have seen some drivers around my hood walking and would always forget the name by the time I got home. Unfortunately even choosing the language as English SO much is in Chinese with no translations that for a non Chinese reader this app isn’t very good. Hard to find restaurants and when sorting by type it all comes out in Chinese with no English translation. If this app and deliver company really wants to get bigger they will need to have the language to be more inclusive.Show lessMusicSusanna
Very Bad User Experience
When they said in total there was $18 ($5+6+7) off for new user, each 5/6/7 could be take at most 3 times (once expired, you will allow to take 2 more times, which is very confusing). Today, I’m going to use the $7 discount but found it was expired so I was thinking I could get a new one but I didn’t see any new ones added to my account. Then I talked to the customer services, the communication was very inefficient and their response was disappointing with no reasonable explanation - they only talked about the setting was systemic and they had nothing to do. 长期加拿大Uber Eat 的客户国内美团用户 看到北美似乎外卖也做起来了 想体验一下 今天下午3点就下了单 约晚上8点-8点半送餐 饭团接了单 但是临近8点告诉我送不了就说联系不到它家的商家 叫我取消 说给个优惠劵 结果给我3刀优惠卷 这个可是年夜饭啊 我定的又不是饭盒 就这么打发人 只能大过年的饿着肚子 取消然后换家重定 结果 下完单又告诉我 现在要验证信用卡 ID 我一直用同一张卡的 不明白新年这么搞是什么意思 我感觉还是Uber Eat吧或者 SkipTheDishes 这些问题从来没有发生过 就稍微贵点 客服态度也好 出错赔付也大方 非常不满意饭团 感觉完全不受尊重
今天是2月6号 又发生了同样的事情 明明接单了 但是要到点了的时候突然 给我直接取消订单 告诉我信用卡不行 拜托上次刚刚查过好嘛 而且态度就是对不起 你再下单不下拉倒 建议大家千万不要下载 受气
大家不要让这样垃圾的app继续存在 让它们倒闭吧 这样才对得起他们对客户的态度
还是今天 客服叫我再下一次单 结果又取消 这个就不多说了 删除app 大家都删了吧Show less常常点外卖
